It stands as the only program from Thailand and Asia to win the Telly Award 2023 in the Television \u2013 Religion category<\/strong>, held in New York, USA.\u00a0 This prestigious competition evaluates over 10,000 content entries around the globe. True Little Monk Year 9 has been praised for its quality and engaging content suitable for general audiences. Broadcasting across multiple platforms, including online channels, it brings Buddhist teachings to Buddhists and people of all nationalities worldwide. True Little Monk is Thailand’s first reality show centered on Buddhist teachings, now entering its 11th<\/sup> year.\u00a0 The program is currently accepting applications from boys aged 7\u201312 years old interested in Buddhism. Applicants can join by submitting an introduction video, a photo, and an essay on \u201cWhy I Want to Ordain with True Little Monk Year 11\u201d.\u00a0 The application period runs from now until January 15, 2025, through www.truelittlemonk.com\/apply<\/a> Selected participants will have the chance to ordain as novice monks for one month during the summer break at Taweedharma, a Dharma Practice Venue at Pakchong District (at no cost).<\/p>\n
