      30 July 2019<\/strong> \u2013 \u201cFarm Man Yum\u201d, the collaborated application from dtac and ricult, has revealed that the rainfall volume in the second half of the year will be low and delayed, especially at the northeastern region. The affected area are as followed: Choom-Puang district, Nakhon Ratchasima province, Varin Chumrab district, Ubon Ratchathani province, Meung district, Surin province, Pa Sak Cholasit dam and Ubolratana dam. Thus, the farmers in these aforementioned areas are encouraged to receive an accurate rainfall and weather forecast from \u201cFarm Man Yum\u201d. The application is able to forecast the rainfall volume effectively toward individual planting plots and the ranges of duration are varied from 7 days, 6 weeks and 9 months ahead.<\/p>\n

      The rainfall volume in Nakhon Ratchasima province will be lower than the same duration last year. Farmers are strongly encouraged to store the water to prevent the rice plants from dying.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \u201cFarm Man Yum\u201d has revealed the 9-month rainfall forecast of Choom-Puang district, Nakhon Ratchasima province that the rainfall volume will be lower compared to the same time last year. Similarly, \u201cFarm Man Yum\u201d has forecasted in 6 weeks ahead that the rainfall volume will not increase until the mid of August. Thus, the planted rice would require a water storage to prevent from mass dying.<\/p>\n

      The rainfall volume in Mueng district, Surin province during a 9-month rainfall forecast  from ricult appears to be in the same rate with Ubon Ratchathani province but the water level will be lower. Farmers in Surin must be awared of water shortage during October.<\/p>\n

      The shortage of the rainfall and its delayed period has decreased the water level of Pa Sak Cholasit dam, Lopburi province and Ubolratana dam, Khon Kaen province to its critical level. The damage is evident on Pa Sak Cholasit dam which has earlier announced the farmers from the nearby area to refrain from long-period farming. The act is to save the water level. To make the matter worse, \u201cFarm Man Yum\u201d has revealed that the rainfall volume of the second half of the year will be critically low to the point that will affect the citizen\u2019s usage.<\/span><\/p>
