The restructuring aims to simplify the company\u2019s structure and enhance operational agility, aligning with True\u2019s strategic direction for stable and sustainable growth as a leading regional telecommunication and tech company.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Under the new structure, Mr. Sigve Brekke will as Group CEO, leading a newly adjusted and appointed senior leadership team in roles aligned with the updated organizational structure that has been designed for greater flexibility, sharpen focus and readiness to adapt to the digital era. Together, the leadership team will drive True Corporation\u2019s continued growth with a strong focus on advancing digital transformation to stay ahead of constantly evolving customer expectations and deliver the best possible experiences. This transformation also enhances the company\u2019s ability to effectively respond to changes in the digital era, reinforcing its position as a customer-centric leader in telecommunications and technology.
