Bangkok, 11 May 2026<\/strong> \u2013 Marking another testament to more than a decade of creative content dedicated to Thai society, the Thai Journalists Association under the Royal Patronage, with the honor of Mr. Chuan Leekpai, former Prime Minister<\/strong>, presiding over the ceremony, presented the 2026 honorary award for \u201cOrganization Recognized for Outstanding Contributions to the Media Profession, Education, Society, and the Nation\u201d<\/strong> to True Little Monk Project. Initiated by Mr. Supachai Chearavanont, Senior Vice Chairman of Charoen Pokphand Group \/ Chairman of the Board of Directors of True Corporation Plc<\/strong>, the project reflects his vision and commitment to creating quality media that instills morality and ethics in Thai youth through the experience of Buddhist novice ordination. It aims to plant the seeds of goodness, nurturing young people to become good citizens, while bringing Buddhist teachings to a wider audience from youth to families, Thai society, and viewers around the world so that Dharma can be applied in daily life in a concrete and practical way.<\/p>\n

True Little Monk was initiated from the vision and commitment of Mr. Supachai Chearavanont<\/strong> to preserve and pass on the profound teachings of Buddhism, while promoting morality and ethics in accordance with Buddhist principles. The project provides young people with an opportunity to learn and practice Dharma for self-development, while contributing to a more virtuous and harmonious society. The Dharma reality program \u201cTrue Little Monk\u201d follows the 31-day journey of novice ordination, allowing viewers to learn Dharma alongside the novice monks through live broadcasts on TrueVisions Reality Channel, TrueVisions Reality HD Channel, the True Little Monk application, TrueID, and TrueVisions NOW. Daily highlights are also aired on True4U digital free TV and TruePlookpanya Channel on TrueVisions, which is available free-to-air nationwide and accessible via other devices and satellite receiver systems.<\/p>\n

For this year, True Little Monk<\/strong> Project continues for its 12th<\/sup> year, with Charoen Pokphand Group and True Corporation carrying forward their shared commitment to creating a learning space through a live Dharma classroom. Held under the theme \u201cLand of Dharma, Land of Thailand: Love, Learn, Persevere, and Give with an Awakened Heart\u201d<\/strong>,<\/strong> the project aims to nurture young people to grow from within with mindfulness, wisdom, morality, and a spirit of giving. Throughout the one-month ordination period at Dhaweedharma Practice Center (Rai Saeng Ngam), Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima<\/strong>, the novice monks learn to apply Buddhist principles as a guide for self-discipline and daily living.<\/p>\n
