Under the concept <\/strong>Learn \u2013 Work \u2013 Create \u2013 Innovate<\/strong>, the BU be TRUE project is designed as a learning journey that takes students beyond the classroom, strengthens them with diverse skills, and leads them to real industry experience through five key processes: decoding human understanding <\/strong>(Human Decode)<\/strong>; integrating essential skills <\/strong>(Skill Fusion)<\/strong>, including storytelling, AI literacy, digital tools, business thinking, and communication ethics; working on real industry challenges <\/strong>(Real Challenge Lab)<\/strong>; testing, receiving guidance, and improving <\/strong>(Test, Mentor & Improve)<\/strong>; and building on this toward career pathways <\/strong>(Launch to Career)<\/strong>. The program opens opportunities for the business sector to take part in developing a Future Workforce with skills that meet the needs of the future world of work and promotes the responsible use of AI and creativity, in order to nurture students into graduates who understand people, technology, and business, and who can truly create value for people in society.<\/strong><\/p>\n
