The Women’s Tabloid Awards 2026, an international platform recognizing women leaders and senior executives from leading organizations worldwide, has named Ms. Sarinra Wongsuppaluk, Chief Human Resources Officer of True Corporation Plc., the recipient of the “Most Influential Woman CHRO in Corporate Transformation – Telecom, Thailand 2026” award. The recognition reflects her leadership in connecting people development and a unified organizational culture with business strategy, while advancing True’s sustainable growth on the foundation of a strong and capable workforce.

From Managing People to Designing the Organization of the Future

This recognition reflects Ms. Sarinra’s role in elevating human resources into a core engine of business transformation. By aligning people strategy with the company’s growth direction, she is laying the foundation for a future-ready workforce that will help True become a stronger AI-first organization and achieve sustainable growth.

Ms. Sarinra Wongsuppaluk, Chief Human Resources Officer of True Corporation Plc., said, “This recognition from Women’s Tabloid underscores the strategic importance of human resources as a driving force for change and sustainable organizational growth amid the challenges of the AI era. True is focused on developing future talent who are ready to learn, adapt, and use technology to strengthen their capabilities. Effective transformation is not achieved by changing systems or structures alone. It also requires a shift in mindset, ways of working, and the shared belief that everyone can learn, grow, and move forward together.”

Building an AI Workforce: From Learners to Value Creators

Under Ms. Sarinra’s leadership, True has advanced AI capability development beyond conventional training into a structured employee growth journey. The framework comprises AI Citizens, who build foundational AI knowledge; AI Users, who apply AI to improve productivity; and AI Builders, who develop new tools or solutions. In 2026, True aims to develop 1,300 AI Citizens, 600 AI Users, and 130 AI Builders. By 2027, all employees are expected to apply AI in their day-to-day work, with at least 50% using AI to deliver tangible results. This ambition is supported by diverse learning opportunities, including True Digital Academy, reskilling programs, advanced AI scholarships in the United States and China, and the AI-first True Next Gen Programme. True has also launched AI Practice Day and built a network of approximately 200 AI Inspirers across the organization. These colleagues help employees apply AI to real business challenges, exchange knowledge, and co-create solutions, turning AI into a force for change led by people from within the organization.

“As AI rapidly reshapes how work is done, HR’s role is no longer limited to preparing people to use technology. It must also design systems that enable people and technology to create value together. True therefore develops digital skills, AI skills, and human skills in parallel. No matter how advanced technology becomes, analytical thinking, judgment, empathy, and collaboration will remain essential capabilities for sustainable organizational growth,” Ms. Sarinra added.

Listening to Employees to Build a True “Best Place to Work”

Another major achievement under Ms. Sarinra’s leadership is redefining a Best Place to Work as more than employee benefits and the physical work environment. The focus is on building an organization where employees feel valued, heard, and able to grow. Through the Smooth Day initiative and the Smooth Box channel, employees at every level can propose ideas and solutions. These inputs are linked with quarterly Pulse Survey results to create a continuous cycle of listening, analysis, action, improvement, and communication under the principle of Employee Voices Matter. At the same time, Mini Hackathons give employees a platform to turn ideas into innovation. The program has generated 28 ideas, developed 23 proof-of-concept projects, and advanced 10 projects into real-world implementation. The results demonstrate that employee engagement can create greater efficiency, innovation, and business value. This progress is underpinned by True’s 4C culture comprising Compassion, Credibility, Co-creation, and Courage which brings people together as One Team and enables people, technology, and the business to grow together.

The “Most Influential Woman CHRO in Corporate Transformation – Telecom, Thailand 2026” award from Women’s Tabloid marks another international recognition of Ms. Sarinra’s leadership in human resources.
