High-band spectrum, also known as millimeter waves, which will be primarily for industry use cases, allows the highest 5G speeds, the lowest latencies and ultra-high capacity for a wide range of 5G service applications, making them critical for the future of massive internet of things applications.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6755\" src=\"https:\/\/trueblog.dtac.co.th\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/5G_dtac_0780-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2500\" height=\"1668\" \/><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Sharad Mehrotra<\/strong>, Chief Executive Officer of Total Access Communication PLC or dtac, said, \u201cWe wanted customers to experience the ultra-high-speed 5G that is possible on our high-band spectrum. This year, we will continue exploring use cases for millimeter wave 5G. And we\u2019re also tripling our capacity on mid-band spectrum, which all our customers can enjoy.\u201d<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>dtac\u2019s 26 GHz frequency band is compatible with a wide range devices designed for high-brand spectrum.
