June 10, 2020 \u2013<\/strong> Compared to before the lockdown, dtac has seen over x5 growth in the use of its online deals for dtac reward users on the dtac app. To keep up with customers\u2019 demand for ordering from the safety of their homes, the #HappyFriday (#\u0e15\u0e32\u0e21\u0e43\u0e08\u0e1b\u0e32\u0e01\u0e17\u0e38\u0e01\u0e27\u0e31\u0e19\u0e28\u0e38\u0e01\u0e23\u0e4c) campaign is declaring a \u201cfoodie state of emergency.\u201d In June, dtac, foodpanda, and three partner restaurants\u2014SWENSEN\u2019S, au bon pain, and Bonchon\u2014are offering 100-baht discounts when ordering from these restaurants via the foodpanda app.<\/p>\n

The offers are available every Friday this month, on June 5th<\/sup>, 12th<\/sup>, 19th<\/sup>, and 26th<\/sup> 2020 for both dtac prepaid and postpaid customers who are Platinum Blue members, Gold Members, and Silver Members (to check your status dial *140# for free or consult the dtac app).<\/p>\n

Penpa-Nga Suddhimondala<\/strong>, Head of Loyalty (dtac reward) at Total Access Communication Public Company Limited or dtac, said: \u201cIn the past two months, we have altered the campaign strategy to better match the stay-at-home trend and prevent the spread of COVID-19. With our food delivery partner, we offered special deals between April and May, increasing the number of new campaign participants by 1.5 times. Redemption of dtac reward in the dtac app\u2019s Online section also rose 5.6 times compared to the pre-lockdown period. While 44 percent of our users are in Bangkok, we\u2019re also seeing strong growth upcountry, such as in Chiang Rai, Trang, Phitsanulok, Rayong, Lampang, and Udon Thani thanks to our partner\u2019s nationwide delivery network. And this month we will continue working with foodpanda to offer even more special deals.\u201d<\/p>\n
