Customers can sign up for a new account using an email by following these steps:

1. Go to the oneD website or oneD app, then click “Log In”.
2. Click “Sign Up”, then register with an email.
3. Fill in the required personal information (gender, date of birth).
4. Click “Start oneD” to complete the registration.

Customers can purchase an additional package, but cannot redeem a voucher code into an account that already has an active oneD PREMIUM subscription. To use the oneD PREMIUM Voucher Code, customers must register a new account with Gmail as the system does not support adding a voucher code to an active PREMIUM account.
If you do not have an existing oneD account or if your current PREMIUM account is subscribed to an auto-renewal package (monthly or yearly), you can use the voucher code by creating a new oneD account for free following the steps in the previous section.

You can log in on up to 2 devices simultaneously with Full HD (1080p) quality. oneD PREMIUM is available for viewing in Thailand and worldwide, but some content may be restricted to Thailand only due to licensing agreements.

No refunds are available. Users can cancel the service at any time. To avoid being charged, cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the next billing date. If cancellation is not completed in time, the company reserves the right not to refund any payments already made.

You can continue watching until the date specified in the SMS confirmation within the cancellation month. For oneD PREMIUM (Voucher Code), the PREMIUM status will automatically expire once the redeemed days are used up. After expiration, your account will revert to the ad-supported free viewing mode unless you subscribe to a new package or redeem another voucher code.
