Mobile Banking Compatibility Check | Secure Your Device with True
Important Update:
Your Phone Must Support New OS Requirements to Use Mobile Banking from 14 Feb 2026
Introduction – What’s Changing & Why It Matters
Starting 14 February 2026, mobile banking applications from all major banks in Thailand will only work on phones running newer operating systems — this means older smartphones may no longer be able to access your banking app or conduct mobile transactions. This change is being introduced to strengthen security, protect customer financial data, and reduce cyber-attack risks from outdated devices.

The system records the Android version based on the date of first activation.
However, if the manufacturer releases a new update (for example, from Android 9 to Android 10), you can update the device to ensure compatibility with various applications as usual.
To be certain, please check the update status every time before use.
