Get Alerts

• When you use services outside your package that incur additional charges, iControl sends you an SMS alert—so you can manage your usage and avoid unnecessary costs.

Stop Instantly

• After receiving an alert, if outgoing calls are generating extra pay-per-use charges, simply dial *939*42# and press Call.
  Your outgoing calls will be suspended until the end of your billing cycle.
  When your new billing cycle begins, calling will automatically resume according to your package.

Set Your Own Limit

• Choose your own spending threshold.
 For example, to control excess charges to no more than 50 THB, dial *939*41*50# and press Call.

Important Notes

1. iControl does not send alerts for charges related to package fees of any kind—whether main packages, add-on packages, supplementary services, content packages, recurring (monthly) packages, or one-time packages. Alerts are sent only for pay-per-use charges.
2. If you receive an alert but are unsure which service exceeded your limit, you can check your remaining balance for your main and add-on packages by dialing *939*1# and pressing Call.
3. If extra charges occur from pay-per-use outgoing calls, you can temporarily suspend outgoing calls for the current billing cycle by dialing *939*42# and pressing Call.
4. For packages where on-net and off-net call charges differ (for example, free calls within the network but charged calls to other networks), suspending outgoing calls will affect both on-net and off-net calls. Please consider this based on your usage needs.
5. If you receive an iControl alert even though you still have remaining usage in your package, the charges may be from content services or other supplementary services billed on a pay-per-use basis.
6. SMS alerts from iControl may occasionally be delayed due to usage processing time.
