For True customers can check their SIM status by dialing *850# or *850* followed by 10-digit phone number# and then pressing the call button.
For True customers currently using 850MHz SIM, we recommend upgrading to a new SIM as follows:
- True Shop: Bring your current SIM card and your ID card to any True Shop to upgrade your SIM.
- True Call Center 1242: Request a free SIM card delivery to your home.
- If you are currently abroad: Call +66 99998 1242 for assistance from our customer service team.
Prepaid customers can use roaming services (making calls, receiving calls, and sending messages) on a 4G network abroad by dialing *118*001# and press call (free of charge) while in Thailand (before traveling)
- The postpaid customer who enable roaming services and did not subscribe roaming package will be charged at 350 baht or 499 baht per day (excl. VAT) based on roaming country. The customer can use non-stop data roaming at max speed for 1 GB. When used up, you can continue using data at 384 Kbps.
- Data roaming service with no specified countries and network will be charged at 450 baht/MB depending on country destination.

For Postpaid and Prepaid customers, the package will be charged after subscription and will be activated once roaming network is detected within 30 days after the date of package subscription.
For Postpaid and Prepaid Users: The package fee will be charged immediately upon subscription. If you do not travel abroad within 30 days from the subscription date, the package will automatically expire.

Currently, data roaming and SMS will be temporarily suspended during the first 24 hours. However, voice roaming services are still available as usual.
To use data roaming in Russia:
- Manually select a network, recommend choosing MegaFon or MTS.
- Wait for an SMS. Once you receive it, click the link provided and follow the instructions to activate data roaming.
