1. The Service is available to individual and corporate customers using the Company's postpaid and prepaid mobile services, provided that their mobile service remains active and has not been suspended or terminated for any reason.
2. Users must install the TRUE CYBERSAFE PRO APPLICATION and configure their device settings as required to ensure optimal performance. Users can access the application by verifying their identity via OTP (One-Time Password) sent to the registered mobile number, the TrueID application, or the True application.
3. The Service provides the following protection features:
   • Suspicious Website Protection
     Blocks access to websites and/or URLs suspected of being associated with cybercrime when browsing via Safari (iOS), Chrome (Android), or the in-app browser only.
   • Suspicious Call Alert & Call Blocking
     Warns users of phone numbers suspected of being associated with scams or cybercrime and allows users to block unwanted incoming calls. Users may manually add up to 25 phone numbers to their block list.
   • Suspicious SMS Alert & SMS Filtering

7. The protection and alert features described in Clause 3 may not cover all potentially suspicious technological connections due to data processing and technical limitations. Users remain responsible for exercising their own judgment, and the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from connections that were not identified or alerted by the Service.
8. Users are responsible for protecting and safeguarding their own personal information to reduce the risk of cyber fraud.
9. Users consent to the Company collecting, using, processing, and disclosing their personal data to relevant third parties, including T3 Technology, where necessary for the provision of the subscribed Service. The Company will collect, use, and disclose such personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Company will not retain any personal data after processing and service delivery have been completed.
10. The Service does not cover internet connections shared through Mobile Hotspot or connections established via Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).
