Terms & Conditions
- The promotion campaign is applicable to existing individual customers, customers who register a new SIM card, switch from prepaid to postpaid package, and move to true dtac network.
- The customer who registers a new SIM card is eligible to purchase device at a special rate by agreeing to be verified of his/her product and/or service payment made to another network provider.
- One identification card and 1 phone number are limited to purchasing 1 device at discounted price (Either Share package or Family package is eligible to purchase only 1 device at the discounted price.)
- The contract period is 12 months
- Deposit for pre-order is 2,140 baht (VAT included). The pre-order is only valid after the deposit payment is successfully made. The deposit is non-refundable.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel, revise, change the conditions without prior notice.
- In case the customer transfers his/her right, changes, or terminates the contract before the end of the contract, the Company reserves the right to withdraw device discount, based on the amount offered to the customer.
- In case that the customer purchasing device on contract with special discount and the contract has not ended yet, the customer is not allowed to participate in this promotion campaign unless he/she is a true dtac postpaid customer who has been registered with true dtac for 12 months or more, possesses the phone number registered with the contract, and the contract has less than or equal to 90 days of remaining contract period. After purchasing a device in this promotion campaign, the period of the previous contract continues.
- Subscribed to 50% discount package are not eligible to this promotional campaign.
- The advance monthly fee will be deducted as monthly fee discount, based on the number of the contract month.
- The VAT is not included in the advance monthly fee.
- The VAT is already included in the price of the device.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel, revise, change the conditions without prior notice.

- The promotion period is from 12 September 2025 - 31 October 2025
- This promotion is exclusively for customers who purchase iPhone 17/ iPhone 17 Air / iPhone 17 Pro / iPhone 17 Pro Max at a discounted price and subscribe to a postpaid package for Time-warp Special valued 1,299 baht per month or more with True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (“Company”) on the date of purchase at any participating True dtac shop / true store / dtac online store.
- The customer agrees to subscribe to a postpaid package starting from 1,299 Baht or higher (with a 12-month contract). During the contract period, the customer must keep the mobile number active and continuously pay the monthly service fees for at least 12 months to be eligible to participate in the campaign. The purchased iPhone 17 must be presented to upgrade to the next iPhone generation after the 12-month contract ends or within 180 days thereafter, while maintaining the 1,299 Baht package continuously throughout the 12-month contract period.
- The special privileges are subject to the following conditions:
- The customer must bring iPhone 17 / iPhone 17 air / iPhone 17 Pro / iPhone 17 Pro Max purchased under the conditions in No.2 to redeem the new iPhone generation. The device will undergo a condition check and a price evaluation as follows.
- Grade A: The device is fully functional (100%) with no scratches, dents, drops, cracks, or fractures.
- Grade B: The device is fully functional (100%) with no more than 3 scratches; each smaller than 1 centimeter with no dents, drops, cracks, or fractures.
- Grade C: The device is fully functional (100%) with more than 3 scratches, dents, and no drops, cracks, or fractures.
- Grade D: The device is malfunctioning and/ or has scratches, dents, drops, cracks, or fractures.
- The trade-in value for iPhone 17 / iPhone 17 air / iPhone 17 Pro / iPhone 17 Pro Max to redeem the new iPhone generation is as follows.
- Grade A: The customer will receive 100% discount of the full price at the time of purchasing iPhone 17 / iPhone 17 air / iPhone 17 Pro / iPhone 17 Pro Max (depending on the model and storage capacity) without any discount applied.
- Grade B: The customer will receive 70% discount of the full price at the time of purchasing iPhone 17 / iPhone 17 air / iPhone 17 Pro / iPhone 17 Pro Max (depending on the model and storage capacity) without any discount applied.
- Grade C: The customer will receive 55% discount of the full price at the time of purchasing iPhone 17 / iPhone 17 air / iPhone 17 Pro / iPhone 17 Pro Max (depending on the model and storage capacity) without any discount applied.
- Grade D: The customer is not eligible for a discount to redeem the new iPhone generation (In case that there is a price difference, the customer must pay the additional amount as price stated.)
- The customer must bring iPhone 17 / iPhone 17 air / iPhone 17 Pro / iPhone 17 Pro Max purchased under the conditions in No.2 to redeem the new iPhone generation. The device will undergo a condition check and a price evaluation as follows.
- The discount cannot be exchanged for change or cash and must be used within the same receipt to redeem the new iPhone generation only.
- The new iPhone generation must have an equal value to or more than the value of the device discount coupon used for redemption.
- The phone number and device number (IMEI) used to redeem the offer must match the number used to purchase iPhone 17 / iPhone 17 Air / iPhone 17 Pro / iPhone 17 Pro Max, except that the device number (IMEI) has been changed due to the use of True Mobile Care services or device replacement directly from the brand (Apple). In such cases, the customer must provide proof or supporting documents confirming the service with True.
- The value of the redemption price depends on the device’s condition assessment based on the terms and conditions specified by the device buyer.
- On the date of redeeming the offer for the new iPhone generation at the price of device only, the customer must continue using their subscribed monthly package for an additional 12 months (12-month contract) and make monthly package fee payment in advance as specified by the company. If the customer does not complete the 12-month contract, they will be required to pay device trade-in fee guarantee of up to 15,000 baht.
- In participating in this campaign, the Company may disclose customers’ personal information with business partners as necessary to provide complete benefits to the customers.
- Other promotional offers and special package discounts in other promotions are not eligible for this promotion.
- The promotion is limited to 1 ID card number for 1 device redemption.
- The Company reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice.

- Existing postpaid customers with at least 1 year of tenure who purchase an iPhone with a monthly plan will receive a device discount based on their postpaid tenure:
- 1 year and get an additional 300 THB discount

- Participants will receive cashback in their True Money accounts linked to the Pay Next Extra service immediately after completing the installment transactions as specified. The system will send an SMS notification of the cashback and amount to the registered phone number during the credit application process, and participants can check the cashback transactions in the True Money application.
- If participants cancel the purchase (void/refund/cancel), the Company reserves the right to revoke the participation rights in this sales promotion campaign, cancel the entitlement to receive the cashback, and reclaim the cashback from the campaign participants for the canceled transactions through any True Money account of the participants. Participants consent to the Company issuing orders on behalf of the participants to deduct money from their True Money Wallet accounts for the aforementioned purposes.
- The benefits under this campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other sales promotion programs, and they cannot be exchanged, converted to cash, or transferred to others. The Company reserves the right to cancel, change the campaign period, participation methods, and conditions, and/or other details without prior notice. Eligibility and Subscription Conditions
Service Package Details
- Monthly packages: Available only to customers on the True and Dtac networks.
- Annual packages: Customers outside the True and Dtac networks, as well as foreign nationals, can only subscribe to the annual package.
- Post-purchase registration: If a customer does not subscribe to a package on the day of device purchase (based on the sales receipt), a device inspection will be required for later registration.
- Package pricing: All package prices are inclusive of VAT.
- Device limit: Each mobile number can subscribe to the service for a maximum of 2 devices (1 mobile number / 2 IMEIs).
- Cost basis: Service Package Price are based on the standard price of the device on the date of purchase (excluding any discounts). This does not include service fees for device damage repair, device swap, or replacement services.
- Service start date: The service will take effect once the customer receives an SMS/email confirming successful subscription.
- Monthly packages: The service will automatically be renewed on a monthly basis.
- Annual packages: After the initial 12-month period, the package will automatically be converted to a monthly subscription. The 13th month will be free, and billing will begin on the 14th month until the customer cancels the service.
- Maximum subscription period: The service can be subscribed to continuously for a maximum of 36 months.
- Device change: If a customer receives a new device under a manufacturer's warranty or policy, they must immediately notify the service provider to update the registered IMEI number. Proof of the change of the device from the manufacturer's service center is required.
- Service termination: The service will be terminated under the following conditions:
- The mobile number is temporarily suspended for more than 60 days.
- The mobile number's signal is permanently cut.
- The customer cancels the mobile number, changes from postpaid to a prepaid plan, or switches to a different network.
