Terms & Conditions

  • The promotion campaign is applicable to existing individual customers, customers who register a new SIM card, switch from prepaid to postpaid package, and move to true dtac network.
  • The customer who registers a new SIM card is eligible to purchase device at a special rate by agreeing to be verified of his/her product and/or service payment made to another network provider.
  • One identification card and 1 phone number are limited to purchasing 1 device at discounted price (Either Share package or Family package is eligible to purchase only 1 device at the discounted price.)
  • The contract period is 12 months
  • Deposit for pre-order is 2,140 baht (VAT included). The pre-order is only valid after the deposit payment is successfully made. The deposit is non-refundable.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel, revise, change the conditions without prior notice.
  • In case the customer transfers his/her right, changes, or terminates the contract before the end of the contract, the Company reserves the right to withdraw device discount, based on the amount offered to the customer.
  • In case that the customer purchasing device on contract with special discount and the contract has not ended yet, the customer is not allowed to participate in this promotion campaign unless he/she is a true dtac postpaid customer who has been registered with true dtac for 12 months or more, possesses the phone number registered with the contract, and the contract has less than or equal to 90 days of remaining contract period. After purchasing a device in this promotion campaign, the period of the previous contract continues.
  • Subscribed to 50% discount package are not eligible to this promotional campaign.
  • The advance monthly fee will be deducted as monthly fee discount, based on the number of the contract month.
  • The VAT is not included in the advance monthly fee.
  • The VAT is already included in the price of the device.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel, revise, change the conditions without prior notice.
  • Stock is limited and price is subject to change. Please check at true dtac service center prior to your purchase.

Eligibility and Subscription Conditions
  • Monthly packages: Available only to customers on the True and Dtac networks.
  • Annual packages: Customers outside the True and Dtac networks, as well as foreign nationals, can only subscribe to the annual package.
  • Post-purchase registration: If a customer does not subscribe to a package on the day of device purchase (based on the sales receipt), a device inspection will be required for later registration.
  • Package pricing: All package prices are inclusive of VAT.
  • Device limit: Each mobile number can subscribe to the service for a maximum of 2 devices (1 mobile number / 2 IMEIs).
  • Cost basis: Service Package Price are based on the standard price of the device on the date of purchase (excluding any discounts). This does not include service fees for device damage repair, device swap, or replacement services.
  • Service start date: The service will take effect once the customer receives an SMS/email confirming successful subscription.
  • Monthly packages: The service will automatically be renewed on a monthly basis.
  • Annual packages: After the initial 12-month period, the package will automatically be converted to a monthly subscription. The 13th month will be free, and billing will begin on the 14th month until the customer cancels the service.
  • Maximum subscription period: The service can be subscribed to continuously for a maximum of 36 months.
  • Device change: If a customer receives a new device under a manufacturer's warranty or policy, they must immediately notify the service provider to update the registered IMEI number. Proof of the change of the device from the manufacturer's service center is required.
  • Service termination: The service will be terminated under the following conditions:
    • The mobile number is temporarily suspended for more than 60 days.
    • The mobile number's signal is permanently cut.
    • The customer cancels the mobile number, changes from postpaid to a prepaid plan, or switches to a different network.

Service Package Details
  1. Screen Break Only Package
    • Service Details:
      • Covers accidental damage and breakage to the device screen.
      • Includes 2 screen repair services for accidental damage within the package duration.
    • Additional Customer Fees for Service:
      • A service fee of 1,000 THB per accidental screen repair.
  2. True Mobile Care Package (Repair / Swap / Replacement)
    • Service Details:
      • Covers accidental breakage and damage.
      • Provides 2 device repair services for accidental damage within the package duration.
      • Allows for up to 2 device swaps and/or replacements with the same model within the package duration.
    • Additional Customer Fees for Service:
      • A service fee for a device swap is 15% of the device's price on the purchase date (excluding discounts).
      • A service fee for a device replacement is 35% of the device's price on the purchase date (excluding discounts).
