- (2) 70 GB of 5G/4G data; thereafter, unlimited data at a maximum speed of 4 Mbps
For the above 5G Device BTL promotions, Subscribers will receive services subject to the following conditions:- (1) Free call minutes to all networks are applicable per billing cycle only.
- (2) Maximum internet speeds: 5G up to 1 Gbps, 4G up to 300 Mbps, and 3G up to 42 Mbps. After the allocated data volume is fully used, internet usage will continue at the maximum speed specified under each respective plan.
- (3) Unlimited Wi-Fi service at a maximum speed of 1 Gbps.
- (4) Voice Mail and Missed Call Alert services.
Fair Usage Policy:
The Company reserves the right to manage network usage as appropriate to maintain service quality and ensure efficient usage for all subscribers. This may include limiting or reducing speeds or taking other actions for activities such as BitTorrent usage, hotspot sharing, large file downloads and/or uploads, or any continuous high-volume data usage that affects service quality, causes unfairness, or may cause damage to other subscribers and/or the network or overall service of the Company. - Charges exceeding the monthly package will be billed in addition to the minimum monthly fee as follows:
- 3.1 Calls to all networks: THB 1.50 per minute, charged per minute (any fraction of a minute is rounded up to one minute).
- 3.2 SMS within Thailand: THB 2.50 per message.
- 3.3 MMS within Thailand: THB 4.50 per message.
- All service rates cover only outgoing calls to domestic mobile or fixed-line numbers, 5G/4G/3G services, and supplementary services as specified. They do not include other charges such as content downloads, information services, international calls, international roaming, or other value-added services.
- Subscribers can use 5G services only with 5G-compatible devices and within service coverage areas. Actual speeds may vary depending on factors such as device capability, number of concurrent users, location, terrain, and distance from base stations.
- 5G coverage areas can be checked at: http://truemoveh.truecorp.co.th/truemoveh5g
- All service fees stated above exclude VAT.
- Terms for Wi-Fi by TrueMove H
- 8.1 Subscribers must connect via “.@truemoveH” only.
- 8.2 Subscribers may use their TrueMove H mobile number (09XXXXXXXX) as the username and request a password by dialing USSD 8714# (free of charge). The password will be sent via SMS.
- 8.3 Username and password will be automatically provided within 1 hour after service activation.
- 8.4 If the Wi-Fi password is forgotten, subscribers may request a new password by contacting TrueMove H Care at 1242 or via channels specified by the Company.
- 8.5 During Wi-Fi service usage, the provider is required to disconnect the internet session every 90 minutes to verify and record usage. To continue usage, subscribers must reconnect.
- 8.6 If subscribers forget to log out or remain inactive for more than 10 minutes, the system will automatically log them out.
- 8.7 Only one user/device may connect to Wi-Fi at a time per session.
- Any rights under this promotion cannot be exchanged, refunded, converted into cash or other items, or transferred to any other individual or legal entity.
- Promotional rates do not include calls to special numbers (e.g., 1900), chargeable commercial SMS, or other value-added services, unless otherwise notified.
- The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service contract if the subscriber engages in any of the following:
- 11.1 Violation of contractual prohibitions. If the subscriber acts contrary to the purpose of the contract, it shall be deemed a breach.
Purpose of the contract: The subscriber shall:- ( a ) Use the service solely for personal communication in good faith, in accordance with normal usage by an individual, and not for commercial gain or resale.
- ( b ) Not use, modify, or manipulate any technology or system to connect to or use the service in a manner that may cause moral issues, damage, unfairness, interference, inconvenience, or harm to the Company, others, or the network, directly or indirectly.
- ( c ) Not transfer service rights to another person before the contract term expires without the Company’s consent.
- 11.2 Any act reasonably believed to involve fraud, document falsification in application or promotion claims, deceptive behavior, or illegal use of the service.
- 11.1 Violation of contractual prohibitions. If the subscriber acts contrary to the purpose of the contract, it shall be deemed a breach.
- The Company reserves the right to amend, change, suspend, or cancel the promotion without prior notice if required by laws, regulations, or government policies, or if such requirements increase the Company’s operational burden. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the Company may amend, change, suspend, or cancel these terms as appropriate, with at least 30 days’ prior notice through channels deemed appropriate by the Company.
- This promotion is valid for 12 billing cycles from the date of service activation. After the promotional period ends, the Company reserves the right to change to other promotions with prior notice.
- Subscriber consent and representations The subscriber acknowledges and consents to the service provider collecting, processing, using, transmitting, transferring, and disclosing the subscriber’s personal data for service provision, service improvement, compliance with personal data protection laws, market research, promotional activities, analysis, and presentation of services or products of the service provider and/or its distributors, agents, affiliates, business partners, True Group companies, or for any other lawful purposes, and for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, present and future. The service provider may transmit, transfer, and/or disclose such data to its group companies, business partners, data processors, or any agencies, organizations, legal entities, or persons having contractual or other legal relationships with the service provider, both domestically and internationally.
