ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไข
- Get the cash back into your TrueMoney Wallet account which is linked to Pay Next Extra Service when making a purchase of goods and/or services participating in the installment payment program using the Pay Next Extra service at participating stores (“Campaign”). This Campaign is held during the 1 December 2025 - 28 February 2026 ("Campaign Period"), you can receive cashback based on specified tiers as follows:
- Tier 1: Receive 100 Baht cashback for installment payments/order between 12,000 and 19,999 Baht
- Tier 2: Receive 300 Baht cashback for installment payments/order between 20,000 and 29,999 Baht
- Tier 3: Receive 800 Baht cashback for installment payments/order between 30,000 and 39,999 Baht
- Tier 4: Receive 1,200 Baht cashback for installment payments/order between 40,000 and 49,999 Baht
- Tier 5: Receive 1,600 Baht cashback for installment payments/order between 50,000 and 99,999 Baht
- Tier 6: Receive 4,000 Baht cashback for installment payments/order of 100,000 Baht or more
- Participants who wish to join this cashback campaign must register to claim the cashback entitlement before making a purchase of goods and/or services participating in the installment program (in which installment transactions are completed during a purchase of goods and/or services only but not included completion of installment transactions afterwards). This can be done using the phone linked to the Pay Next Extra service for scanning the QR code on promotional media from participating stores and following the steps until completion (there is one-time registration throughout the campaign period). Ascend Nano Company Limited ("Company") reserves the right to calculate cashback only for transactions occurring before registration in all cases.
- Campaign participants have the right to receive cashback in every tier, limit 1 entitlement per transaction/tier/ID cardholder/month with a maximum cashback limit of 8,000 Baht/ID cardholder/month.
- Quota of cashback is limited to 10,036 entitlements throughout the campaign (considering all entitlements across all tiers). In case cashback entitlement for installments/order in each tier are received in full as per such limited quotas, the Company shall inform campaign participants via website.
- The Company reserves the right to grant cashback only to customers who have successfully registered, made purchases of goods and/or services participating in the installment program at participating stores within the campaign period, and fully complied with the specified conditions.
- This campaign does not include installment transactions at Lotus's, 7-Eleven, Makro, affiliated stores of COM7 (such as BaNANA, Studio 7, BKK, KingKong Phone etc.), Stores in categories of gold and accessories and customers under special programs as determined by the Company, such as the Smart Agricultural Credit Project, special credit lines for CP Fresh Market partners, etc. These are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
- Participants will receive cashback in their True Money accounts linked to the Pay Next Extra service immediately after completing the installment transactions as specified. The system will send an SMS notification of the cashback and amount to the registered phone number during the credit application process, and participants can check the cashback transactions in the True Money application.
- If participants cancel the purchase (void/refund/cancel), the Company reserves the right to revoke the participation rights in this sales promotion campaign, cancel the entitlement to receive the cashback, and reclaim the cashback from the campaign participants for the canceled transactions through any True Money account of the participants. Participants consent to the Company issuing orders on behalf of the participants to deduct money from their True Money Wallet accounts for the aforementioned purposes.
- The benefits under this campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other sales promotion programs, and they cannot be exchanged, converted to cash, or transferred to others. The Company reserves the right to cancel, change the campaign period, participation methods, and conditions, and/or other details without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the Company's decision is final.
- Please notify the staff to pay for the goods and/or services using Pay Next Extra before proceeding with the payment for the aforementioned goods and/or services.
- The Campaign’s terms and conditions, Installment conditions and interest rates are as specified by the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to approve and determine credit limits, provide credit services, and organize this campaign.This campaign is organized by Ascend Nano Company Limited.

- Borrow when necessary and within your means. The interest rate will be calculated using the effective interest rate (EIR) method at an annual rate of 18-25%
- Monthly packages: Available only to customers on the True and Dtac networks.
- Annual packages: Customers outside the True and Dtac networks, as well as foreign nationals, can only subscribe to the annual package.
- Post-purchase registration: If a customer does not subscribe to a package on the day of device purchase (based on the sales receipt), a device inspection will be required for later registration.
- Package pricing: All package prices are inclusive of VAT.
- Device limit: Each mobile number can subscribe to the service for a maximum of 2 devices (1 mobile number / 2 IMEIs).
- Cost basis: Service Package Price are based on the standard price of the device on the date of purchase (excluding any discounts). This does not include service fees for device damage repair, device swap, or replacement services.
- Service start date: The service will take effect once the customer receives an SMS/email confirming successful subscription.
- Monthly packages: The service will automatically be renewed on a monthly basis.
- Annual packages: After the initial 12-month period, the package will automatically be converted to a monthly subscription. The 13th month will be free, and billing will begin on the 14th month until the customer cancels the service.
- Maximum subscription period: The service can be subscribed to continuously for a maximum of 36 months.
- Device change: If a customer receives a new device under a manufacturer's warranty or policy, they must immediately notify the service provider to update the registered IMEI number. Proof of the change of the device from the manufacturer's service center is required.
- Service termination: The service will be terminated under the following conditions:
- The mobile number is temporarily suspended for more than 60 days.
- The mobile number's signal is permanently cut.
- The customer cancels the mobile number, changes from postpaid to a prepaid plan, or switches to a different network.

- A service fee for a device swap is 15% of the device's price on the purchase date (excluding discounts).
- A service fee for a device replacement is 35% of the device's price on the purchase date (excluding discounts).
