7. In case that the customer purchasing device on contract with special discount and the contract has not ended yet, the customer is not allowed to participate in this promotion campaign unless he/she is a true dtac postpaid customer who has been registered with true dtac for 12 months or more, possesses the phone number registered with the contract, and the contract has less than or equal to 90 days of remaining contract period. After purchasing a device in this promotion campaign, the period of the previous contract continues.
8. Subscribed to 50% discount package are not eligible to this promotional campaign.
9. The advance monthly fee will be deducted as monthly fee discount, based on the number of the contract month.
10. The VAT is not included in the advance monthly fee.
11. The VAT is already included in the price of the device.
