How to join the campaign

Terms and Conditions

  1. The “True Happiness Celebration” campaign is exclusively for TrueMove H and dtac subscribers under True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) who are individual postpaid customers (“Customers”).
  2. The campaign period runs from 11 December 2025 to 15 March 2026 at 23:59.
  3. Customers must subscribe to an eligible value-added service with a monthly fee of no less than 250 THB (VAT included) as specified, in order to be eligible to join the campaign.
  4. Customers who wish to participate must have their mobile number registered in accordance with legal requirements and must be the same person who receives the prize.
  5. Each successfully subscribed value-added service counts as 1 entry into the campaign.
  6. To participate, customers must register through the True / dtac application as specified by the Company.
  7. Prize details are as follows: Total prize value up to 625,112 THB, consisting of 7 prizes: Prize 1: Japan tour (Tokyo) 5 days 3 nights, worth 104,319 THB each, 3 prizes, total value 312,956 THB Prize 2: China tour (Shanghai) 3 days 2 nights, worth 57,690 THB each, 6 prizes, total value 346,140 THB
  8. The Company will conduct the prize draw from all eligible participants according to the number of prizes at Thai Lucky Draw Company on 18 March 2026 at 15:00.
  9. Prize winners will be contacted by the Company via the phone number provided. The winners will also be announced on Facebook pages: www.facebook.com/TrueMoveH and www.facebook.com/dtac on 18 March 2026.
  10. Each customer (per one national ID number) is eligible to receive only one prize—the highest-value prize they win.
  11. Prize winners must confirm receipt of the prize within 7 days after the announcement. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the prize, and the Company reserves the right to redraw as appropriate.
  12. Prize winners must submit the following documents through the specified channels to receive the prize: A copy of their national ID card, certified true copy (1 copy) Documents for withholding tax payment at 5% and VAT at 7% of the prize value
  13. Customers who win a prize and complete all required conditions set by the Company will receive their prize within 30 business days after the prize announcement.
  14. Prize winners can verify their identity and collect their prize in person at True Tower, 18 Ratchadaphisek Road, Huai Khwang Subdistrict, Huai Khwang District, Bangkok 10310.
  15. Prize winners are responsible for any additional expenses not included as part of the prize.
  16. The details, quality, warranty, and conditions of the prizes are determined by the respective product or service providers.
  17. Prize winners must not be employees of True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd., their families, related advertising agencies, program committees, witnessing committees, or customers registered under a corporate account.
  18. Customers whose service status is temporarily or permanently suspended, cancelled, recorded as having outstanding debts with the Company, or identified as individuals subscribing with the intention of receiving special privileges and later requesting refunds, are not eligible to receive the prize.
  19. If there is reasonable suspicion that a customer has participated in the campaign with fraudulent intent or in a manner unfair to other participants, the Company reserves the right to disqualify that customer from the campaign.
  20. If the Company finds that a customer does not meet any of the qualifications specified in these terms and conditions, or if a prize-eligible customer violates or refuses to comply with the campaign rules or any additional conditions set by the Company, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company has the right to deny the prize. The customer agrees not to dispute or contest this decision in any way.
  21. The Company reserves the right to reasonably amend these terms and conditions, with at least 30 days’ prior notice to customers.
  22. Prize winners agree to allow the Company to record images for promotional purposes as appropriate.
