F-Secure for True provides broader security across all networks, including Wi-Fi protection, and works on all devices. It also offers additional features such as ID Monitoring, which checks for data leaks 24/7, and Device Scanning, which detects suspicious apps on your device.
The Device Scanning feature works on Android only and is not available on iOS. All other features work on all devices.
The app blocks links or websites listed in its database, with AI monitoring 24/7. Newly created sites not yet detected by AI may not be blocked or flagged.
Yes. You can access websites as usual, as long as the links are not malicious or fake. The AI will detect and block any harmful or phishing links.
Yes. True CyberSafe protects you when connected to True, Dtac, or True Online networks, while F-Secure for True protects you on public Wi-Fi or abroad. F-Secure also offers additional features such as ID Monitoring, which checks for data leaks 24/7, and Safe Wi-Fi, which alerts you to unsafe Wi-Fi networks.
The app is designed not to slow down your device. However, enabling VPN may affect some apps (e.g., SCB, TTB, UOB, Disney+), so you may need to disable VPN temporarily for those apps.
It only uses data when the app is active. Running in the background does not consume additional data.
Yes. If your monthly SIM is suspended due to unpaid main package fees, you can continue using F-Secure for True for an additional 30 days.

Frequently Asked Questions — Cyber Insurance
The cyber insurance covers personal data theft and online purchase scams. The insurer will compensate for financial losses or damages under the following categories:
- Loss of funds
- Legal expenses related to the case
- Personal data theft and financial loss: Compensation for actual financial losses, up to 30,000 THB.
- Online purchase fraud: If payment was made but the item was not received within 30 days from the seller’s stated delivery date, compensation is provided up to 10,000 THB.
Yes. You can file a claim by reporting the incident to the police and submitting the police report along with proof of payment from the insured person’s bank account to Bangkok Insurance.
No. The insurance only covers cases where personal data theft leads to actual financial damage.
The insurance covers individuals aged 15 to 100 years.
Foreign nationals can purchase the plan but are not eligible for coverage, as the insurer provides protection only for Thai citizens residing in Thailand.

Terms and Conditions
The “F-Secure for True Application” is provided by True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) for TrueMove H and dtac subscribers (the “Users”), under the following terms and conditions:
- This service is available to Users who subscribe to the Company’s telecommunication services, including postpaid mobile (“postpaid”) and prepaid mobile (“prepaid”) plans, either as individual or corporate customers. Users must have an active service status and must not be subject to suspension or service termination for any reason.
- Users are required to install the “F-Secure for True” application and configure their device settings as instructed to ensure optimal functionality.
- Users will receive protection through the following features:
- Blocking access to websites and/or URLs suspected of being involved in cybercrime activities, when accessed via Safari (iOS), Chrome (Android), or in-app browsers only.
- Monitoring of personal data security and data leak detection, including alerts when personal data is exposed on anonymous websites.
- Parental control features to restrict access to inappropriate online content (via in-app browsers only) and manage internet usage time on children’s devices.
- Secure password storage and creation of strong, safe passwords.
- Protection against unsafe usage and malicious files on Android devices, such as malware, spyware, or fake applications.
- VPN functionality that masks the User’s online identity and creates a virtual private network to enhance internet connection privacy and protect against data theft on public Wi-Fi and internet surveillance.
- The service is only available on mobile phones and portable computing devices that have been successfully registered.
- The protection and alerts referenced in Clause 3 are based on preliminary assessments using the Company’s internal data systems, information providers, and related government agencies. They do not constitute confirmation of fact. Users retain full telecommunications access by deactivating the VPN; however, this may result in limited protection from the service.
- The identification of data sources is conducted by third-party data providers. As such, the responsibility for verifying data accuracy lies with the providers, and such information should not be treated as legally binding.
- The protection and alerts referenced in Clause 3 may not cover all potentially suspicious connections due to technical and data processing limitations. Users are advised to exercise additional caution. The Company shall not be liable for any damage arising from connections that are not flagged by the alert system.
- Users are responsible for protecting their own personal data to prevent cyber fraud and related risks.
- This service supports limited functionality in the application when not connected to the VPN. For comprehensive coverage and optimal performance, VPN usage is required.
- Users consent to the Company’s collection, use, and processing of their personal data, including disclosure of such data to relevant third parties, such as F-Secure, for purposes necessary and related to the provision of the subscribed service. The Company will collect, use, and disclose personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Company will not retain any personal data after the completion of data processing and service delivery.

Terms and Conditions for F-Secure for True Package Bundled with Internet and Free Cyber Insurance
- This promotional package is available to individual subscribers of mobile phone services under TrueMove H and dtac (“Users”), provided by True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). Corporate entities are not eligible. Users must maintain an active service status and must not be subject to suspension or service termination for any reason during the period from December 2, 2024 to December 31, 2026, or until amended by the Company with at least 30 days’ prior notice.
- Promotional Package Details: Service rates are exclusive of VAT.

- Users will receive free cyber insurance in the form of an electronic coupon upon successful subscription to the designated promotional package.
- This benefit is available to individual Users who subscribe to the Company’s telecommunication services, including postpaid mobile (“Postpaid”) and prepaid mobile (“Prepaid”) plans. Users must have an active service status and must not be subject to suspension or service termination for any reason.
- The electronic coupon must be redeemed exclusively via the dSurance website at https://dsurance.easysunday.com/cyber_freemium-insurance , and registration must be completed within 7 days of subscribing to the service.
- Each coupon may be redeemed only once.
- Each coupon cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
- The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate, or modify the activity at any time, without prior notice.
- Cyber insurance coverage begins at 4:30 PM on the day following successful registration for the benefit, as determined by the insurance broker. The coverage is provided in 30-day cycles, commencing from the effective date of the insurance.
- The mobile number used to register for the insurance must match the number used to subscribe to the promotional package.
- The cyber insurance in this package is underwritten by Bangkok Insurance Public Company Limited, with Sunday Ins Co., Ltd. serving as the non-life insurance broker. Coverage terms and conditions are determined solely by the insurer.
- In case the User cancels the package, insurance coverage will remain valid for the remainder of the 30-day cycle. (No refund or early policy termination will be provided.)
- Users are responsible for submitting insurance claims directly to the insurer, in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the insurer. The Company is not the insurer and has no involvement in the assessment of claims or the disbursement of benefits and/or compensation under this cyber insurance policy.
- Users agree and consent to the Company disclosing their personal data to the insurance broker and insurer for the purpose of benefit registration and insurance processing.

- All service rates cover only outgoing calls to domestic mobile or landline numbers, 5G/4G/3G data usage, and specific value-added services as stated. Any changes to these terms will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
- The package will be automatically renewed at 12:00 AM (midnight) on the 30th day from the date the SMS confirmation of subscription is received.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate TrueMove H and dtac mobile services immediately if no service usage is detected for a consecutive period of 30 days from the activation date. Such inactivity shall be deemed as the User’s intention to discontinue the service.
- The Company reserves the right to manage its network as appropriate to maintain service quality standards and to ensure efficient usage for all users. The Company may limit, reduce, adjust the volume and/or speed of internet usage if it determines that the User is engaging in abnormal usage that deviates from typical individual consumption patterns. This includes usage behavior that affects or may affect service fairness, causes or may cause harm, or impacts other users, the network, or the Company’s overall service. Such behavior may include, but is not limited to, downloading or uploading large files or any other activity involving sustained high-volume data transfer. The Company may reduce the speed below that specified in the package or terminate the service for the User as deemed appropriate.
- Any benefits under this promotional package are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash or any other items, and non-transferable to any other individual or entity.
- The service rates under this promotional offer do not include charges for calls to special numbers (e.g., 1900), premium SMS services, or any other value-added services that incur additional charges, unless otherwise notified.
- The Company reserves the right to terminate the service under this agreement immediately if the User engages in any of the following actions:
- Breach of the Contractual Prohibitions: If the User acts contrary to the intended purpose of the agreement, such conduct shall be considered a breach of the contract. The “purpose of the agreement” refers to the following:
- The User must use the promotional service for personal communication only, in good faith, and in accordance with the typical usage behavior of a general individual. The service must not be used for any form of commercial gain or resold in any manner.
- The User must not use, modify, or manipulate any part of the service, technology, system, or other components in a way that connects to or interferes with the service. The User must not engage in any act that could be reasonably expected to result in unethical behavior, damage, or unfair impact on the Company or others, whether directly or indirectly. The User must also refrain from disrupting, inconveniencing, or harming the network, or degrading its performance in any way.
- The User shall not transfer their rights under this agreement to any third party before the end of the contract term, unless prior written consent is obtained from the Company.
- Fraudulent Conduct: If there is reasonable cause to believe that the User has committed fraud, submitted falsified documents when applying for or receiving services, or has engaged in fraudulent or illegal behavior while using the services, the Company reserves the right to terminate the service immediately.
- The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the service without prior notice if there are requirements, orders, or policies from relevant government authorities that mandate such amendments, modifications, suspensions, or terminations of the service conditions, or if such orders impose additional obligations on the Company, unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Breach of the Contractual Prohibitions: If the User acts contrary to the intended purpose of the agreement, such conduct shall be considered a breach of the contract. The “purpose of the agreement” refers to the following:
- The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions as deemed appropriate, and will notify Users at least 30 days in advance through channels deemed suitable by the Company.
- This promotion is valid for 24 billing cycles starting from the subscription date. The Company reserves the right to modify the promotion and will provide advance notice of any changes.
- This package is subject to the terms and conditions specified by the Company. Users are advised to review the details before subscribing via https://www.true.th, by calling TrueMove H Care at 1242 or the dtac Call Center at 1678, or by consulting a sales representative.
- The Company will submit the necessary user data to the service provider to process the registration and provide the benefits in accordance with the terms of this promotional offer.
- User Consent and Acknowledgment: The User acknowledges and agrees to allow the service provider to collect, process, use, send, transfer, and disclose their personal data for the purposes of service provision or service improvement, as well as for compliance with personal data protection laws. This also includes purposes related to market research, promotional activities, and analysis or offering of services or products by the service provider and/or its distributors, agents, affiliates, business partners, and/or companies within the True Group. The data may also be used for any other lawful purposes or in compliance with applicable laws and regulations currently in effect or enacted in the future. The service provider may send, transfer, and/or disclose such data to its group companies, business partners, data processors, or any agency/organization/legal entity or individual having contractual or legal relations with the service provider, whether located domestically or internationally.
