Yes. Customers from other networks can use the service, but they must subscribe using a True or Dtac number.

Each subscription is tied to the customer’s mobile number used for registration.

Yes. If you wish to use True CyberSafe PRO on more than one number, you can subscribe to additional packages.

Customers can log in using the mobile number registered for the package and verify via OTP, or log in through the TrueID or TrueApp applications.

You can install True CyberSafe PRO by downloading the app from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).

True CyberSafe PRO provides broader protection across all networks, including Wi- Fi and all devices. It also includes enhanced features such as blocking or alerting against scam calls and SMS, Device Scanning to detect fake or malicious apps, and virus/malware protection within the device.

The Device Scanning feature is available on Android devices only and not supported on iOS. However, all other functions can be used on every device.

The app blocks or alerts only for links or websites listed in its database. The AI system scans 24/7, but newly created malicious sites not yet detected may not be blocked or flagged immediately.

Yes. You can still access streaming websites as usual, as long as the links are not malicious or fraudulent. The AI system will detect and block unsafe or phishing links.

You can cancel your current package and re-subscribe to a new one using the same phone number for login.

True CyberSafe PRO offers enhanced protection features such as blocking or alerting against scam calls and SMS, with customizable settings to block by keyword, number, or sender name. It also includes a personal dashboard showing your call and SMS blocking history.

Yes. True CyberSafe protects users when connected to True, Dtac, or True Online networks, while True CyberSafe PRO provides protection when using public Wi-Fi or traveling abroad. It also includes extra features such as Safe Wi-Fi alerts for unsafe connections.

The app is optimized not to slow down your device. However, enabling VPN may affect some apps (e.g., SCB, TTB, UOB, Disney+), so you may need to temporarily disable VPN to use those apps.

The app only uses data when opened. It does not consume data when running in the background.

Yes. If your SIM is temporarily suspended due to unpaid main package fees, you can still use True CyberSafe PRO for up to 30 additional days.

The app works across all devices including computers, laptops, smartphones, and tablets, and supports all operating systems such as HarmonyOS, Huawei, and others.

Yes. True CyberSafe PRO continues to protect you while abroad or when connected to public Wi-Fi networks.

True CyberSafe PRO provides broader protection. Whoscall does not include features such as virus or fake app blocking, family internet protection, personal data protection through VPN, or secure password management. Moreover, Whoscall uses an open database, which may be prone to misuse.

If the number is already saved in your iPhone (iOS) contact list, the system will bypass it — meaning the number cannot be blocked due to iOS prioritizing saved contacts.

If you are browsing through the True, dtac, or TrueOnline network and the website is classified as risky by the True CyberSafe network-level protection system, it will still be blocked — even if you have already added it to the Whitelist in the True CyberSafe PRO app.

You will receive alerts from both True CyberSafe PRO and Whoscall. Additionally, if you are a True, dtac, or True Online customer, you will also receive alerts from True CyberSafe at the same time.

Frequently Asked Questions — Cyber Insurance

The cyber insurance covers personal data theft and online purchase scams. The insurer will compensate for financial losses or damages under the following categories:

  • Loss of funds
  • Legal expenses related to the case

  • Personal data theft and financial loss: Compensation for actual financial losses, up to 30,000 THB.
  • Online purchase fraud: If payment was made but the item was not received within 30 days from the seller’s stated delivery date, compensation is provided up to 10,000 THB.

Yes. You can file a claim by reporting the incident to the police and submitting the police report along with proof of payment from the insured person’s bank account to Bangkok Insurance.

No. The insurance only covers cases where personal data theft leads to actual financial damage.

The insurance covers individuals aged 15 to 100 years.

Foreign nationals can purchase the plan but are not eligible for coverage, as the insurer provides protection only for Thai citizens residing in Thailand.

Terms and Conditions

The “TRUE CYBERSAFE PRO APPLICATION” service is provided by True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (“Company”) for TrueMove H and dtac users (“Users”) under the following terms and conditions.

  1. This service is for users of the Company’s telecommunications numbers who subscribe on a postpaid or prepaid basis, as individual person, whose service status must be active and not suspended or terminated for any reason.
  2. Users must install the “TRUE CYBERSAFE PRO APPLICATION” to use the service and must configure their devices as specified to ensure full performance. Users can access the application through OTP (One Time Password) verification sent to the registered service number via the TrueID application or the True application.
  3. Users will receive protection from the service as follows:
    1. Protection from access to websites and/or URLs suspected to be channels for committing cybercrimes in various forms when using Safari (for iOS), Chrome (for Android), or browsing (Browser) through the application only.
    2. Alerts for phone numbers suspected to be scammers and/or possibly channels for committing cybercrimes in various forms, and blocking of incoming calls from numbers the user does not wish to contact. Users can set up to 25 numbers they do not wish to receive calls from.
    3. Alerts for SMS messages suspected to be scams and/or possibly channels for committing cybercrimes in various forms, and blocking of SMS messages from senders the user does not wish to contact. Users can set up to 25 numbers they do not wish to receive SMS messages from and can enable the application to filter unwanted messages.
    4. Ability to restrict access to inappropriate online content (only for browsing through the application) and to limit internet usage time for children’s devices.
    5. Secure storage of users’ passwords and creation of strong passwords for users.
    6. Protection against unsafe usage and files on Android systems, such as software designed to cause damage, steal data, interfere with system operations in various forms, or fake applications.
  4. This service can be used with mobile phones and portable computers that have completed registration only.
  5. The protection and alerts under Clause 3 are based solely on preliminary analysis from the Company’s database, information providers, and relevant government agencies, and do not constitute confirmation of any facts.
  6. The indication of data sources according to the application’s features is displayed by other data providers. Therefore, the responsibility for verifying data accuracy lies solely with such data providers, and the information cannot be used as a legal reference.
  7. The protection and alerts under Clause 3 may not cover all suspicious technological connections due to limitations in data processing and technical aspects. Therefore, users should consider other factors as well. The Company shall not be responsible for any damage arising from connections that are not alerted.
  8. Users are responsible for protecting and safeguarding their personal information to prevent being deceived through technology by themselves.
  9. Users consent to the Company collecting, using, and processing personal data, including disclosure of such data to related third parties such as T3 Technology, for purposes related and necessary to the subscribed service. The Company will collect, use, and disclose such data under the relevant laws. The Company will not retain any personal data after completion of data processing and service provision.
  10. Service Charges
    1. Monthly (30-day cycle) for 1 device: 49 Baht per month (excluding VAT). To cancel the service, dial *901*7532# and press Call. The usage rights will expire at 00:00 hrs on the service renewal date.
    2. Monthly (30-day cycle) for 1 device: Users will receive a free 1-month trial (30 consecutive days) immediately after subscribing. After that, the system will automatically renew at 49 Baht per month (excluding VAT). To cancel the service, dial *901*7531# and press Call. The usage rights will expire at 00:00 hrs on the service renewal date.
  11. This service does not cover usage through internet connections shared via other devices (Mobile hotspot sharing) and does not cover connections through other virtual private networks (VPN).
  12. The Company reserves the right to amend or modify this service as appropriate, with prior notice to users through channels deemed suitable by the Company.

  1. This promotional offer is for applicants who subscribe to mobile phone numbers of TrueMove H and dtac (“Users”) of True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (“Company”) in the name of an individual, but not including juristic persons, whose service status must be normal and not suspended or terminated for any reason during the period from 4 November 2025 to 31 December 2027, or until the Company makes any changes, in which case advance notice will be given within 30 days.

      For prepaid users only, the minimum monthly package fee is 270.09 Baht per billing cycle (30 days). Users will be entitled to the following services:

      • Right to use internet service at full speed for 10 gigabytes (GB) and at a maximum speed of 15 megabits per second (Mbps) for 50 gigabytes (GB). After the specified data volume is used up, the user can continue using at a speed of 1 megabit per second (Mbps). The validity period is 30 days, and the system will automatically renew in the following month for up to 24 cycles.
      • Right to unlimited calls to all networks (each call is free for up to 15 minutes per call; thereafter, 0.99 Baht per minute will be charged, excluding VAT).
      • Right to use TRUE CYBERSAFE PRO APPLICATION for 1 device for a maximum of 24 billing cycles upon successful subscription. Users must download the application to use TRUE CYBERSAFE PRO, which can be used for 1 device at a time via compatible devices (mobile phone, tablet, or portable computer device).
      • Right to receive Cyber Insurance from Bangkok Insurance Public Company Limited free of charge, with coverage up to 30,000 Baht per month, covering Theft of Funds (actual reimbursement up to 20,000 Baht per month) and Online Shopping damages (actual reimbursement up to 10,000 Baht per month).   3. Terms and Conditions of the “Cyber Insurance” Service
    1. Users will receive free Cyber Insurance in the form of an electronic coupon upon successful subscription to the specified promotional offer.
    2. Eligibility for this Cyber Insurance is limited to users who hold telecommunication numbers with the Company on a postpaid (“postpaid”) or prepaid (“prepaid”) basis, under an individual name, whose service status must be normal and not suspended or terminated for any reason.
    3. Users can redeem the coupon only via the dSurance website at https://dsurance.easysunday.com/cyber_freemium-insurance.
    4. Each coupon can be used only once.
    5. The coupon cannot be exchanged, converted, or refunded for cash.
    6. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel this activity, including any other types of changes, without prior notice.
    7. The Cyber Insurance coverage will commence from 16:30 hrs. of the following day after the user has completed registration for the free insurance benefit, as specified by the insurance broker. The coverage period will be 30 days per cycle, counted from the date the insurance coverage begins.
    8. The mobile phone number used for registering the Cyber Insurance coverage must be the same number as that used for subscribing to the promotional offer.
    9. The Cyber Insurance in this package is underwritten by Bangkok Insurance Public Company Limited, with Sunday Ins Co., Ltd. acting as the non-life insurance broker. The terms and conditions of the Cyber Insurance coverage shall be as specified by the insurer.
    10. In the event that the user cancels the package subscription, the insurance company will continue to provide coverage until the full 30-day period is completed (there will be no refund of premium or early termination of the policy).
    11. The user is responsible for filing a claim directly with the insurer according to the conditions specified by the insurer. The user acknowledges that the Company is not the insurer and has no involvement in claim consideration, payment of benefits, and/or compensation under this Cyber Insurance policy to the user in any way.
    12. The user agrees and consents to the Company disclosing personal data to the insurance broker and the insurance company for the purpose of registration and utilization of the insurance benefits.

  4. All service rates cover only outgoing calls to domestic mobile or fixed-line numbers registered and used within Thailand, 5G/4G/3G service fees, and additional service charges as specified in the relevant service package. This does not include other service fees such as content downloads, information/news services, international calls, roaming charges, or other value-added services. In the event of any changes, prior notice will be given 30 days in advance.
  5. The package will be automatically renewed at 24:00 hrs. on the 30th day from the date the user receives the SMS confirmation of subscription.
  6. The Company reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate TrueMove H and dtac mobile services immediately if there is no service usage for a continuous period of 30 days from the activation date. It shall be deemed that the subscriber no longer wishes to continue using the service.
  7. The Company reserves the right to manage and operate its network as appropriate to maintain service quality standards and ensure efficient usage for all users. The Company may limit, reduce, adjust, or otherwise control the volume and/or speed of internet usage if it determines that a user’s activity is abnormal, unfair, or may cause harm, impact, or potential impact to other users, the network, or overall service quality. Such activities may include, but are not limited to, continuous large file downloads/uploads or high-volume data transmission. Internet speed may be reduced below the rate specified in the package or the service may be terminated for such users as deemed appropriate.
  8. Any rights under this promotional offer cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or any other items, nor can they be transferred to any other person or entity.
  9. The service rates under this promotional offer do not include calls to special numbers such as 1900, chargeable short message services (SMS), or any other value-added services that incur additional charges, unless otherwise notified.
  10. If the subscriber commits any of the following acts, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service agreement.
    1. Violation of the contractual prohibitions: If the subscriber acts contrary to the purpose of the agreement, such act shall be deemed a breach of contract.

      “Purpose of the Agreement”: The subscriber shall

      • (a) Use the services under this promotional offer solely for personal communication purposes in good faith and in the ordinary manner customary for individual users, not for profit or any other benefit, and shall not use the services for any commercial purpose or to provide services to others.
      • (b) Not use, modify, or perform any act on the technology, system, or any other means to connect to or interfere with the use of the services, nor engage in any act that could be deemed or reasonably expected to be immoral, cause damage, or create unfairness to the Company or any third party, directly or indirectly. The subscriber shall also refrain from causing interference, inconvenience, or harm to the network or any part thereof, or disrupting its normal operation or performance.
      • (c) Not transfer the rights to use the services under this agreement to any other person before the contract period ends, unless prior consent is obtained from the Company.
    2. Acts where there is reasonable cause to believe that the subscriber has committed fraud, falsified documents in applying for or receiving service offers, engaged in deceitful behavior in using the service, or used the service unlawfully.
  11. The Company reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, or terminate the service without prior notice if there are any regulations, orders, or policies from relevant government authorities requiring such modification, change, suspension, or termination of the service conditions, or if such orders increase the operational burden of the Company, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
  12. The Company reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions as deemed appropriate, by providing advance notice to subscribers at least 30 days in advance through channels the Company considers appropriate.

  15. The Company will transmit necessary subscriber information related to the subscription of this additional package to relevant service providers in order to process the subscription and provide benefits under this promotional offer.

Consent and Acknowledgment of the Subscriber: The subscriber acknowledges and agrees to allow the service provider to collect, process, use, send, transfer, and disclose the subscriber’s personal data for the purposes of providing or improving the service, complying with applicable data protection laws, conducting market research, organizing promotional activities, or analyzing and offering any services or products of the service provider and/or its distributors, agents, affiliates, or business partners, and/or any companies within the True Group, as well as for any other lawful purposes. The service provider may transfer and/or disclose such information to its group companies, business partners, data processors, or any entities/organizations/persons that have contractual or legal relationships with the service provider, both domestically and internationally.
