Yes. Customers from other networks can use the service, but they must subscribe using a True or Dtac number.

Each subscription is tied to the customer’s mobile number used for registration.

Yes. If you wish to use True CyberSafe PRO on more than one number, you can subscribe to additional packages.

Customers can log in using the mobile number registered for the package and verify via OTP, or log in through the TrueID or TrueApp applications.

You can install True CyberSafe PRO by downloading the app from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).

True CyberSafe PRO provides broader protection across all networks, including Wi- Fi and all devices. It also includes enhanced features such as blocking or alerting against scam calls and SMS, Device Scanning to detect fake or malicious apps, and virus/malware protection within the device.

The Device Scanning feature is available on Android devices only and not supported on iOS. However, all other functions can be used on every device.

The app blocks or alerts only for links or websites listed in its database. The AI system scans 24/7, but newly created malicious sites not yet detected may not be blocked or flagged immediately.

Yes. You can still access streaming websites as usual, as long as the links are not malicious or fraudulent. The AI system will detect and block unsafe or phishing links.

You can cancel your current package and re-subscribe to a new one using the same phone number for login.

The app is optimized not to slow down your device. However, enabling VPN may affect some apps (e.g., SCB, TTB, UOB, Disney+), so you may need to temporarily disable VPN to use those apps.

The app only uses data when opened. It does not consume data when running in the background.

Yes. If your SIM is temporarily suspended due to unpaid main package fees, you can still use True CyberSafe PRO for up to 30 additional days.

Yes. True CyberSafe PRO continues to protect you while abroad or when connected to public Wi-Fi networks.

True CyberSafe PRO provides broader protection. Whoscall does not include features such as virus or fake app blocking, family internet protection, personal data protection through VPN, or secure password management. Moreover, Whoscall uses an open database, which may be prone to misuse.

If the number is already saved in your iPhone (iOS) contact list, the system will bypass it — meaning the number cannot be blocked due to iOS prioritizing saved contacts.

If you are browsing through the True, dtac, or TrueOnline network and the website is classified as risky by the True CyberSafe network-level protection system, it will still be blocked — even if you have already added it to the Whitelist in the True CyberSafe PRO app.

You will receive alerts from both True CyberSafe PRO and Whoscall. Additionally, if you are a True, dtac, or True Online customer, you will also receive alerts from True CyberSafe at the same time.

Frequently Asked Questions — Cyber Insurance

The cyber insurance covers personal data theft and online purchase scams. The insurer will compensate for financial losses or damages under the following categories:

  • Loss of funds
  • Legal expenses related to the case

  • Personal data theft and financial loss: Compensation for actual financial losses, up to 30,000 THB.
  • Online purchase fraud: If payment was made but the item was not received within 30 days from the seller’s stated delivery date, compensation is provided up to 10,000 THB.

Yes. You can file a claim by reporting the incident to the police and submitting the police report along with proof of payment from the insured person’s bank account to Bangkok Insurance.

Terms and Conditions

The service “TRUE CYBERSAFE PRO APPLICATION” is provided by True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. ("the Company") for TrueMove H and dtac subscribers ("the Subscriber"), subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. This service is for Subscribers using the Company's telecommunication numbers on both monthly postpaid ("Postpaid") and prepaid ("Prepaid") plans, for individual subscribers (excluding corporate entities), whose service status must be normal and not suspended or canceled for any reason.
  2. The Subscriber must install the “TRUE CYBERSAFE PRO APPLICATION” for use and must configure the device settings as specified for full performance. The Subscriber can access the application by receiving an OTP (One Time Password) via the registered number, the True ID application, or the True application.
  3. The Subscriber will receive protection from the service as follows:
    1. Protects against access to suspected WEBSITEs and/or URLs that may be avenues for various forms of technology-related crime, applicable only when browsing via Safari (for iOS), Chrome (for Android), or using the search function (Browser) within the application.
    2. Alerts for phone numbers suspected of being scammers and/or potential avenues for technology-related crime and blocks incoming calls from numbers the Subscriber wishes to avoid. The Subscriber can manually set a maximum of 20 numbers to block.
    3. Alerts for SMS messages suspected of being scammers and/or potential avenues for technology-related crime and prevents the Subscriber from receiving SMS from unwanted senders. The Subscriber can manually set a maximum of 20 numbers to block SMS and can set the application to filter undesirable messages.
    4. Allows for setting limits on access to inappropriate online content (only when using the search function (Browser) via the application) and limiting internet usage time for children's devices.
    5. Securely stores the Subscriber's passwords, including generating high-security passwords for the user.
    6. Protects against the use of unsafe applications and data files for the Android system, such as software designed to cause damage, steal data, or disrupt computer system operations, or fake applications, etc.
  4. This service can only be used on mobile phones and portable computer devices that have been completely registered for use.
  5. The protection and alerts under Clause 3 are merely preliminary analyses based on the database within the Company's system, information providers, and relevant government agencies. They are not confirmation of any factual matter.
  6. By subscribing to the Service and download TRUE CYBERSAFE PRO APPLICATION, you consent to the Company applying the Service's default protection settings, including the automatic restriction and/or blocking of access to potentially harmful websites once your subscription becomes effective on the application. You may review, modify, or customize these settings at any time through the TRUE CYBERSAFE PRO APPLICATION.
  7. The identification of the data source based on this application's features is displayed by other information providers. Therefore, the responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the information rests solely with the information provider and cannot be used as legal reference.
  8. The protection and alerts under Clause 3 may not cover all suspected technology connections due to data processing and technical limitations. Therefore, the Subscriber must still consider other factors. In this regard, the Company is not responsible for any damage caused by connections that were not alerted.
  9. The Subscriber is responsible for protecting and maintaining their own personal information to prevent technological fraud.
  10. The Subscriber agrees to allow the Company to collect, use, and process personal data, including disclosing such information to relevant third parties, such as T3 Technology, for necessary and related purposes in providing the subscribed service. The Company will collect, use, and disclose such information under the terms and conditions of relevant laws. The Company will not retain any personal data after the completion of processing and service provision.
  11. Service Rates
    1. Monthly (30-day cycle) for 1 device: The Subscriber receives the first month (30 consecutive days) free immediately after subscribing. Thereafter, the system automatically renews monthly at 49 Baht (excluding VAT). To cancel the service, dial *901*7531# and call. Usage rights expire at 00:00 when the service cycle ends.
    2. Monthly (30-day cycle) for 1 device: 49 Baht (excluding VAT). To cancel the service, dial *901*7532# and call. Usage rights expire at 00:00 when the service cycle ends.
  12. This service does not cover usage via tethering/mobile hotspot sharing from other devices and does not cover internet connection via other virtual private networks (VPN).
  13. The Company reserves the right to modify or change this service as appropriate and will notify the Subscriber in advance through channels the Company deems suitable.

  3. Cyber Insurance Terms and Conditions “Cyber Insurance”
    1. The Subscriber receives free cyber insurance in the form of an electronic coupon upon successful subscription to the specified promotion.
    2. Eligibility is for individual Postpaid and Prepaid Subscribers with active service status.
    3. The coupon can only be redeemed via the dSurance website at https://dsurance.easysunday.com/cyber_freemium-insurance.
    4. The coupon is valid for only 1 use.
    5. The coupon cannot be exchanged, converted, or refunded for cash or other items.
    6. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the activity, including changing the type of gift, without prior notice.
    7. Cyber insurance coverage begins at 16:30 on the day after the Subscriber registers for the free insurance (as specified by the insurance broker). Coverage lasts for a period of 30 days per cycle from the start date.
    8. The phone number used to fill out the insurance coverage registration form must match the number used to subscribe to the promotional offer.
    9. The cyber insurance in this package is underwritten by Bangkok Insurance Public Company Limited and brokered by Sunday Ins Co., Ltd. The coverage terms and conditions are subject to the insurance company's specifications.
    10. If the Subscriber cancels the package purchase, the insurance coverage will continue until the 30-day period is complete (no premium refund or policy cancellation before the end of the term).
    11. The Subscriber is responsible for claiming compensation from the insurer according to the insurer's terms. The Subscriber acknowledges that the Company is not the insurer and is not involved in assessing compensation or paying benefits/compensation under this cyber insurance policy.
    12. The Subscriber agrees and consents to the Company disclosing personal data to the insurance broker and the insurance company for the purpose of registering and utilizing the insurance benefit.

  4. All service fees cover only the cost of domestic calls to mobile or landline numbers, 5G/4G/3G service, and value-added services as specified. It excludes other services (e.g., content downloads, international calls, roaming, and other add-ons). Any changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
  5. Automatic Package Renewal: The system will renew automatically at 00:00 on the 30th day from the time the subscription confirmation SMS was received.
  6. The Company reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel the TrueMove H and dtac mobile service immediately if the service is not used continuously for 30 consecutive days from the service activation date.
  7. The Company reserves the right to manage the network to maintain service quality standards. The Company may limit, reduce, adjust the volume, and/or speed of internet usage if the Subscriber's usage is deemed abnormal, is fraudulent, or negatively impacts the service for other users or the overall network (e.g., continuous high-volume downloading/uploading).
  8. Rights specified in this promotion cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash or other items, nor can they be transferred to any other person or entity.
  9. The service rates under this promotional offer do not include calls to special numbers, such as 1900, or sending commercial text messages (SMS), or other value-added services that incur additional charges, until any changes are announced.
  10. If the Subscriber commits any of the following acts, the Company reserves the right to immediately cancel the service agreement:
    1. Breach of the Contract’s Prohibitions: If the Subscriber acts contrary to the Contract’s Purpose, this shall be considered a breach of the Contract’s Prohibitions. “Contract’s Purpose” means the Subscriber must:
      • (a.) Use the service under this promotional offer solely for personal communication in good faith, in a manner consistent with the normal and customary use expected of an ordinary person. The service must not be used for profit, or for anything else from which benefit may be derived, and the Subscriber shall not use the service to seek commercial gain in any manner or to provide the service to others.
      • (b.) Not use, apply, modify, or take any action regarding any technology, system, or other thing to connect with or involve the use of the service. This includes not engaging in any act that is or is reasonably expected or believed to be immoral, or that causes damage or unfairness to the Company or any other person, directly or indirectly; or disrupts, inconveniences, or harms the network; or causes the operating efficiency of the network or any part of the network to malfunction or deviate from normal operation.
      • (c.) The Subscriber may not transfer the rights to use the service under this contract to any other person before the contract period expires, unless consent is obtained from the Company.
    2. Actions where there is reasonable belief that the Subscriber is fraudulent or has forged documents when applying for or receiving the service offer, or exhibits deceitful behavior in using the service, or uses the service illegally.
  11.
