Check Status on Truemove Wireless Configure Software
After Logging in, Truemove Wireless Configure Main Page will appear
Menu on Truemove Wireless Configure • Dashboard : overview information • Internet : network, record amount of data used • Network Setting : web manage (DHCP Setting), view device connected to 4G Pocket WiFi or 4G CAR WiFi and how many Connected Device • PhoneBook : contact phonelist • SMS : check messag in Inbox • Wireless : change SSID, Password and set MAC ID for specific device • Router : concerning device (4G Pocket WiFi or 4G CAR WiFi)
On menu Dashboard
It will show various Status
Symbols showing the connection status • Green : normal connection • Red : cannot connect • Globe symbol -> device : connection status between Internet and device is normal • Device -> Fan symbol : connection status between device and Wi-Fi is normal
At menu Internet --> Cellular Connection has sub-menu as follows: • Signal Strength • Cellular Data Connectivity : Enabled/ Disabled • Network Operator : while using at that time • Cellular Network Mode • PDP Information : Profile PDP (APN) which's been used • PDP Connection Status : PDP = Connected • IPv4 Address : IPv4 • IPv6 Address : IPv6 • Current Connection Time : count only the current connect time • Current Connect Time : count only from first connect until current time
At menu Router --> Router Information to show information of Router • Router LAN IP • IMEI : IMEI number of device using • Router MAC : Wi-Fi Mac Address of this device • Run Time : from first time until current time, total usage hour • Battery Charging • Battery Electric Quantity : remaining leve status
At menu Router --> Software Information to show information of Software • Device Mode : using device = 4G Pocket WiFi / 4G CAR WiFi / or other devices • Software Version • Hardware Version
At menu Auto APN List • MCC : MCC value • MNC : MNC = RealMove = 00 / Real Future = 04 • Operator Name • APN : APN = internet
At Network Settings • Connected Devices : amount of connected devices from 1-8 • Wireless : connected via Wi-Fi : Enabled / Disabled • Wireless Settings: - Wireless Network - Security Mode • Traffic Statistics : amount of data usage (Byte) show all from first usage - Sent Packets - Received Packets
To exit from this page, press Logout (top left corner)
