How to use Recovery Mode to reset Factory Settings for True SMART Series

  1. Power OFF device and wait a moment
  2. Press and hold Volume up button at the left side and Power button at the right side of device simultaneously until the device is on (around 15 seconds) 
    -  Volume up button is at the left side of device
    -  Power button at the right side of device
  3. Error in Chinese language
    -  If press Volume down button and Power button simultaneously and cause Error in Chinese, this can be solved by remove the battery and re-place it again
  4. At Recovery Mode page, set up as follows:
    -  press (Volume Down) button until a highlight tab is on the preferred command 
    -  press (Volume Up) to select that command
  5. Press (Volume Down) button to move a highlight tab to wipe data/ factory reset then press (Volume Up) button to OK 
  6. Reset Factory page
  7. Press (Volume Down) button to move a highlight tab to Yes -- delete all user data then press (Volume Up) button to OK 
  8. System is processing data reset (around 10-15 seconds or longer depending on data on device)
  9. Back to main page, move a highlight tab to reboot system now then press (Volume Up) button to select reboot system now
  10. Data wipre complete message shows on screen and device will reboot itself
  11. Wait around 3-5 seconds, the screen will power on for first new setting (like Get started after unboxing)
