Q : What is the Prorated Extension service and its benefits?

A : This service is intended to facilitate prepaid customers to use the extra package continuously. The system will make a prorated deduction from the remaining balance to extend the extra package for you. If the customer has applied to the specified extra package, this service is available for use  without having to apply for such additional services again, putting an end to the problem of insufficient top-up and unsuccessful extra package extension. 

 

Q : If I want to use the Prorated Extension service, what should I do?

A : It is recommended that customers apply for the specified extra package first.

 

Q : If the service fee has already been deducted prorated, how long will it last? And when is the next bill cycle?  

A : Customers can check the date of deduction of service fees by dialing *900# or from  the SMS notification before the deduction date.

 

Q : If I don't want to use the Prorated Extension service, can I terminate it?

A : If the customer has applied for the specified extra package, it is recommended that you top up enough money for the full extra package price before the service fee deduction date. You can check the date of deduction using the methods mentioned above.
