1. This Data Topping package is for prepay customer who registers International Roaming service under True Move H Universal Communication Company Limited (“TUC”) (referred to herein as “Company”). This package is valid from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2023.
2. The package rate will be charged as shown in the terms & conditions. To use this package, customer is required to log on to the participating networks only, by setting your mobile on Manual Network Selection mode.

2.1 Customers press *118*099# to buy this package within Thailand to use internet in the participated Roaming countries (Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and Malaysia,). If customers enable International Roaming Service first while they are in Thailand, by pressing *112*1#, they can buy Roaming package later in participated Roaming countries by pressing *118*099#
2.2 Data usage maximum speed for 4G|3G, total 2 GB, afterward customers have to re-purchase the pack to continue use internet.
2.3 Voice usage is not included in this data package
2.4 Only customers who are using Myanmar/Cambodia/Laos SIM can apply this topping package via USSD, TrueMove H care 1242, Myanmar Call Center *9090 or True Shop.
2.5 To check remaining usage of package, press *116*1# in participated Roaming countries and *900# in Thailand for FREE.
3. The roaming data package applies to the usage in the participating networks and countries only.
4. This package is valid until 15th day 23:59 PM, after receiving SMS confirmation for applying package.
5. Data Usage allowance does not include usage while on a ship or on an airplane or usage over satellite networks.
6. The mentioned package price is not yet included VAT.
7. The purchased package cannot be refunded or transfer to any other customer.
8. COMPANY reserves the right to terminate service without prior notices if:
8.1 You agree that:-
(a.) This package is for personal communication only. Commercial utilization and other applications that may affect the service of other clients are prohibited.
(b.) Customer agrees not to make or attempt any illegal or unauthorized access to any part or component of the Services, the Network or any third party equipment, accounts, systems or networks to which you can connect through the Services directly or otherwise; or to carry out or attempt any activity that might be used as a precursor to an attempted system penetration (i.e. port, stealth, security or penetration scans or other information gathering activity) on COMPANY or its Service Providers’ servers or network.
8.2 If customer provides inaccurate and incomplete information to COMPANY.
9. COMPANY reserves the rights to suspend, change or cancel this promotion if there is any illegal use or failure to comply with any term and condition specified under this promotion.
10. COMPANY reserves the rights to amend, alter, suspend or cancel the promotion without any prior notice if any regulation, order or policy stipulated by relevant governmental authority is issued, causing COMPANY to amend, alter, suspend, or cancel any term and condition hereof, or such the order increases burden to COMPANY's operation.
