- The promotion campaign is applicable to existing dtac individual customers, customers who register a new SIM card, switch from prepaid to postpaid package, and move to dtac network.
- The customer who switches from prepaid to postpaid plan must have at least 90 days of number activation in order to redeem the device discount.
- The customer who registers a new SIM card is eligible to purchase device at a special rate by agreeing to be verified of his/her product and/or service payment made to another network provider.
- One identification card and 1 phone number are limited to purchasing 1 device at discounted price (Either Share package or Family package is eligible to purchase only 1 device at the discounted price.)
- The contract period is 12 months.
- In case the customer transfers his/her right, changes, or terminates the contract before the end of the contract, the Company reserves the right to withdraw device discount, based on the amount offered to the customer.
- In case that the customer purchasing device on contract with special discount and the contract has not ended yet, the customer is not allowed to participate in this promotion campaign unless he/she is a dtac postpaid customer who has been registered with dtac for 12 months or more, possesses the phone number registered with the contract, and the contract has less than or equal to 90 days of remaining contract period. After purchasing a device in this promotion campaign, the period of the previous contract continues.
- Subscribed to 50% discount package are not eligible to this promotional campaign.
- The advance monthly fee will be deducted as monthly fee discount, based on the number of the contract month.
- The VAT is not included in the advance monthly fee.

- "Enjoy 500-baht discount when purchase an iPhone 15" (the "Campaign"). This Campaign is designed to offer benefits to customers who buy an iPhone 15 through an installment plan with Pay Next Extra at the participating dtac Shop under the terms and conditions outlined by the Company ("Campaign Participants"). The Campaign will run from 15 September 2023 to 31 January 2024, ("Campaign Period").
- This campaign is limited for 1 benefit/ identification number/ month, with a total cap of 1,500 benefits for participating dtac Shop available throughout the entire Campaign Period.
- Campaign Participants must claim their benefit by clicking the "Receive Discount Coupon" button on the campaign page before making a purchase at the store. The Discount Coupon will expire after 15 minutes once redeemed. The photographs and/or screenshots of the discount coupon are not permissible.
- The installment program, upon interest package as prescribed by the Company, is accessible for products valued at 1,000 baht or higher. Customers can select installment durations ranging from 4 to 48 months, with a minimum monthly installment of 100 Baht.
- Interest will be computed based on the effective interest rate, with a maximum cap of 25% per annum.
- Repayment can be made via TrueMoney Wallet Application.
- Customer must notify the staff about paying with Pay Next Extra and show the Discount Coupon for staff’s verification before purchasing.
- Loan approval and credit line are subject to the Company's sole discretion.
- If a campaign participant voids, refunds, or cancels their purchase, the benefits received from this campaign will be revoked.
- This Campaign benefit cannot be combined with another benefit, converted into cash, or transferred to another person.
- Campaign Participants must maintain an active account status and have no defaults record on the date of receiving the benefit.
