- Go to Settings > Mobile networks.
- If you see the VoLTE Call option, it means your device supports dtac 4G Calling (VoLTE).
- If you do not see the VoLTE Call option, it means your device does not support it yet, and you should update your software to the latest version. For dtac Phone devices, check that the Build number is from 'Blade_S6_Lite_VOL_B01' onwards. Once your device is updated to the latest software version, you can use dtac 4G Calling (VoLTE) immediately.

For iOS versions lower than 9.2:
- Update iOS to version 9.2 or later.
- Update the Carrier bundle to 'dtac 23.1' by going to Menu > Settings > General > About > Carrier bundle Update, and press Update.
- iOS 9.2.X: You can enable/disable VoLTE by going to Settings > Enable 4G > Voice & Data.
- iOS 9.3 and later: You can enable/disable VoLTE by going to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Voice & Data.
For dual SIM devices, you need to select the desired SIM card to proceed with the operation.

Customers should observe the mobile phone screen, which displays the VoLTE/VoWiFi icon. For iOS customers, the device will display either the 5G or 4G logo when making a Voice Call.
