Special privilege for TrueMove H postpaid customers
You can choose one of the following privileges.
• Free talk time: 50 min/month (value at ฿75/month) for 12 months
• Free data for YouTube, Garena games or Netflix (the value at up to ฿199) for 12 months
• Discount for a new smartphone up to ฿1,000
• Free watch for movies and series on TrueID Plus (value at ฿59/month) for 12 months
Things you need to know about this special privilege:
1. The privilege is for individual customers of TrueMove H Universal Communication Co.,Ltd. (TrueMove H), who are active with us from Nov 1, 2021 until Jan 31, 2023, unless there is any change.
2. You must have been using TrueMove H for at least 90 days.
3. This privilege is available for 12 billing cycles starting from the date you receive this privilege. Except for the discount on a new smartphone which is valid until Jan 31, 2023.
4. You must be using a postpaid package of 100 baht or higher. After receiving this privilege, you must keep this package (or can only change to another higher package) for 12 months. The privilege will be removed if you change to a lower package, canceled the service, or if your number has been suspended for any reasons.
5. The privilege cannot be exchanged for cash or other values and cannot be transferred to another person or entity.
6. TrueMove H reserves the right to change the condition of this privilege without prior notice.
7. Customers agree to abide by TrueMoveH’s terms and conditions as written in the telecommunications service form or contract.
8. If you are not interested in this privilege, please contact us at your convenient time. This is at no expense.
9. There are ฿500 and ฿1,000 cash coupons for using as a discount on smartphone.
9.1 The ฿500 cash coupon is applicable for the smartphone that the price is below ฿10,000. The discount coupon will be applied after normal discount and the price after the normal discount must be higher than ฿500 (excluding VAT)
9.2 The ฿500 cash coupon is applicable for the smartphone that the price is ฿10,000 or higher. The discount coupon will be applied after normal discount and the price after the normal discount must be higher than ฿1,000 (excluding VAT)
9.3 One customer can use only 1 cash coupon, depending on the price of the smartphone.
9.4 The discount coupon is for buying a new smartphone for an existing mobile number (only for the number that is eligible for this benefit) with the package and contract period as specified under this promotion only.
9.5 The promotion is limited to 1 number/1 offer throughout the promotional period.
9.6 Customers are required to present the code received via SMS to staff at TrueShop, TrueSphere, Shop in Shop (TrueStore in 7-Eleven), Line @TrueStore and TrueStore website.
10. The privilege of free movies and series on TrueID plus for 12 months is only for postpaid customers using package 399 or higher. In case that the mobile number is terminated or the package is changed to be lower than 399, this privilege will be removed automatically.
