Limited Data Roaming Package : AeroMobile In - Flight (Post Pay)
1. This Limited Data Roaming package is for Post pay customer who registers International Roaming service under Real Move Company Limited (“Real Move”) and True Move H Universal Communication Company Limited (“TUC”) (referred to herein as “Company”). This package is valid from 1 September 2019 to 30 June 2023.
2. The package rate will be charged as shown in the Terms & Conditions.

3. AeroMobile services are currently available on selected aircraft and airlines. Customer may check for availability of in-flight connectivity via AeroMobile website at https://www.aeromobile.net. However, AeroMobile services are subject to airline scheduling, and cannot be guaranteed, please check onboard announcements for connectivity options on your flight.
4. Package will start counting automatically when you receive a confirmation message and will end at 23:59:59 (Thailand time) on the same date, or until you have reached data roaming usage of 100MB (whichever comes first). You will not be able to continue using data roaming once you have used up all the data allowance of 100MB. You can purchase another package by dialing *118*199# to continue using data roaming.
5. Aircraft roaming networks currently support 3G. Data speed may vary, depending on device and the air travel regulations.
6. This package does not include voice and SMS services. Customer may make an outgoing call and receive an incoming call with extra charge at 275 THB/minute and sending SMS at 11 THB/SMS.
7. Passengers cannot use mobile phones when the plane is taking off or landing. When cabin crew announces that mobile phones can be used, you can switch off “Airplane Mode” and switch on “Data Roaming”.
8. The above price is subjected to 7% VAT.

10. Real Move reserves the right to terminate service without prior notices if:
10.1 You agree that:-
(a.) This package is for personal communication only. Commercial utilization and other applications that may affect the service of other clients are prohibited.
(b.) Customer agrees not to make or attempt any illegal or unauthorised access to any part or component of the Services, the Network or any third party equipment, accounts, systems or networks to which you can connect through the Services directly or otherwise; or to carry out or attempt any activity that might be used as a precursor to an attempted system penetration (i.e. port, stealth, security or penetration scans or other information gathering activity) on Real Move or its Service Providers’ servers or network.
10.2 If customer provides inaccurate and incomplete information to Real Move
11. Real Move reserves the right to change prices without prior notice subject to Terms and Conditions of Real Move International Roaming rate.
12. Real Move reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions. The Terms & Conditions will be announced via suitable communication tools at least 30 days in advance.
