Bangkok, 21 April 2026 – True Corporation Plc. has reaffirmed its leadership in transparency and sustainability, receiving the highest honor, Gold Level at the Governance & Compliance Award 2025 (G&C Award 2025). The award was presented by Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont, Chairman of Charoen Pokphand Group, and accepted by Dr. Naetchanok Wipatasinlapin, Head of Sustainability at True Corporation Plc., during CP CG Day 2026, hosted by Charoen Pokphand Group under the theme “From Rules to Practice to Ethical Culture” at True Digital Park.  The event aims to strengthen corporate governance across its group companies in alignment with the evolving global business landscape. It also reflects the strategic direction of governance initiatives, while fostering the exchange of key insights and perspectives.

This award reflects True Corporation’s success in elevating governance from policy to full-scale implementation across all dimensions of the organization, and in embedding a tangible culture of transparency and accountability. It also underscores the company’s commitment to advancing corporate governance as a leading AI-first telecom–technology company, in alignment with international standards and evaluation criteria. Throughout 2025, True Corporation has consistently delivered against the Group’s governance targets, covering all key areas from board oversight and timely execution of governance practices, to fostering an ethical, transparent, and accountable organizational culture, as well as ensuring systematic and continuous reporting to the Group.

On this occasion, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont, Chairman of Charoen Pokphand Group, delivered a keynote address titled The New Era of Governance: Leadership in a World of Intelligence and Uncertainty”. His remarks highlighted the importance of building trust on a foundation of transparency and ethics, while shaping organizations to succeed in an increasingly complex and dynamic world. He also joined senior executives of the Group in signing the G&C Commitment Wall, reaffirming a shared commitment to advancing governance with transparency and accountability. Representing True Corporation Plc. at the signing was Mr. Chakkrit Urairat, Chief Regulatory and Government Relations, while Mrs. Marayat Dreyer, Head of Compliance & Monitoring, also attended the event. This collective pledge underscores the critical role of trust as the foundation of sustainable growth in the digital era.
