Cybersecurity
True’s cybersecurity is certified to ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 standards. Access to our systems is strictly restricted and frequently audited by both external and internal security experts. True Business also provides our expertise to businesses with a full range of cybersecurity solutions.
Privacy
True will never use your personal data without your consent and is fully compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act (B.E. 2562). In 2023, we further streamlined our back-end processes to improve our services while also controlling access to customers’ private information even more tightly.
Safe Internet
Online safety requires vigilant users. Since its inception, dtac’s Safe Internet program has reached nearly 6 million youth and education professionals. In addition to detecting scams and fake news, we train youth to take the lead on reducing online bullying and making the best of their time online.
