Enable 4G HD Voice (VoLTE) on True SMART M1 Series

  1. On Home screen, select [Menu]
  2. And then [Settings]
  3. Select [More]
  4. Select [Cellular networks]
  5. At VoLTE, notice a button on the right (grey = Off, green = On), tap turn it on
  6. After that : Green button : enabled > VOLTE1 will appear on the top
  7. When the destination received call or making call to this device, it’ll show HD sign on the left

Advisory

  1. This setting is applicable to all models of True SMART 4G M1 as well as TAB 4G M1
  2. If 2 SIM cards are inserted, VoLTE will appear only at the selected SIM
  3. If change to choose Cellular data at SIM2 => VoLTE will be used at SIM2 => VOLTE2 will appear
  4. If SIM1 is disabled, but Cellular data is chosen at SIM1 => SIM2 will not support VoLTE  => VOLTE1 or VOLTE2 sign will not show on screen
  5. If SIM1 is disabled, but Cellular data is chosen at SIM2 => SIM2 will support VoLTE => it’ll show VOLTE1
  6. House Brand device will not support VoLTE from other operators because TRUE doesn’t know the Parameters
