Enable – Disable 4G HD Voice (VoLTE) on Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro

  1. On main screen, swipe screen up
  2. Select (Settings)
  3. And then (Connections)
  4. Select (Mobile networks)
  5. You'll find VoLTE calls, tap to enable-disable it , button status : grey = Off (Disable) / blue = On (Enable)
  6. If Enable VoLTE calls > while being in service area at top right corner VoLTE sign will appear, 4G HD Voice (VoLTE)) is ready to use
  7. What you should know about 4G HD Voice (VoLTE)
    • Must be U-SIM that supports 4G
    • Device must be compatible with VoLTE
    • Activate 4G HD Voice with network operator
    • Must be in the area where has 4G HD Voice (VoLTE) service
