Check SIM Card Status on True Super Hero 4G Super Entertainment

  1. On main screen, select (Menu)
  2. Select (Settings)
  3. And then (About phone)
  4. Select (Status)
  5. Then choose (SIM status)
  6. There’s only 1 SIM i.e. TRUE, select TRUE
  7. TRUE SIM status:
    • Network : TRUE-H = existing network name
    • Signal strength = existing signal strength number
    • Mobile network type : LTE = 4G/LTE 
    • Service state : In service
    • Roaming : Not Roaming
    • Mobile network state : Connected / if connected Wi-Fi, it’ll show Disconnected status
    • My phone number = existing phone number (if do not show, this can’t fix due to no SIM Management menu)
    • IMEI = IMEI number (show only IMEI of inserted SIM Card)
