  - 99-baht, 2 GB data for 7 days in Cambodia, Laos and Malaysia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)

Fees for excessive outgoing calls, receiving calls, and SMS will be charged at normal rate of that specific countries.

For Postpaid customers, the package price applies to the usage in the participating networks and countries only. Usage in countries not included in the package terms or exceeding the specified package duration and time period will be charged at the normal international roaming rate according to the country of usage.
Data speed is subjected to overseas network operators.
The package period starts from date and time that the package is activated and ends on the last day of the package (24-hour based, Thailand time).
International data and voice roaming service will be automatically activated as the package is being subscribed.
The package is valid in specific countries and networks only. For other unlisted countries, the service will not be available.
The customer is prohibited from making profit from packages including Voice over IP (VoIP) service in any illegal cases. If there are evidence of business interests or commercial contact with other parties or access to the Internet that are against the law, social harmony, and social morality, the provider reserves the right to immediately restrain or terminate the service and cancel promotion privileges of the violating phone number.
The Company reserves the right to manage network as appropriate in order to ensure network quality for all users. The Company may consider limiting or reducing bit torrent usage, download or upload bit file or any usage that consumes big data volume that could impact network quality for other users, affect use, or cause injustice or damage to other users or the company's network or service. Reduce speed could be lower than what stated in package depending on usage, area and device.
The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions of the service without prior notice. The customer recognizes and agrees on any changes made and announced on the provider’s website or other channels.

Terms and Conditions of Voice Roaming Add-on Package (Postpaid & Prepaid) across all sales channels (excluding iService)

For existing prepaid and postpaid individual customers with normal status and must not be in state of service suspension.
This package is limited to domestic usage in specified countries and networks only.
Package service fees are as follows: (not include 7% VAT)
- 30-minute package at 350 baht for 30 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls within 7 days.
- 60-minute package at 650 baht for 60 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls within 7 days.
- 120-minute package at 1,200 baht for 120 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls within 7 days.
Call to another country, SMS sending, any calls outside the destination country/specified network or after the package period ends will be charged at normal rate of the destination country.
Excess usage of a package with special call rate will be charged at the special rate.
For Postpaid customer, the package will be activated and charged once roaming network is detected within 30 days.
For Prepaid customer, the package will be charged after subscription and will be activated once roaming network is detected within 30 days after the date of package subscription.
For Postpaid customer, the package period for outgoing and incoming calls will end at 23:59:59 (Thailand time) on the 7th day or when the allocated minutes for outgoing and incoming calls are fully used, whichever comes first.
For Prepaid customer, the package period starts from date and time that the package is activated and ends on the last day of the package (24-hour based, Thailand time).
A fraction of a minute is calculated as a full minute in each call.
All domestic packages do not include any usage occurred in foreign countries.
The service fees do not include networks that offer maritime, in-flight and satellite connectivity.
When package is successfully subscribed, the customer is unable to cancel or make any revision to the package and transfer remaining credit of the package in the current billing cycle to the next billing cycle.

The Voice Roaming Package duration starts immediately after the confirmation SMS is sent and is valid for 7 days. The package expires at 23:59:59 on the 7th day (Thailand time).
A fraction of a minute is calculated as a full minute in each call.
This Voice Roaming Package includes outgoing calls and receiving calls. Customers can make outgoing call to all destinations.
The package rate applies to usage in participating networks and countries only. Any usage occurring in a country or network not covered by the package conditions will be charged based on the normal roaming rate of each network.
Usage allowance does not include usage while on a ship, airplane or over satellite networks.

Purchased packages cannot be refunded or transferred to any other customer.
Company reserves the right to terminate service without prior notice if:
- You agree that:-
  - (a.) This package is for personal communication only. Commercial utilization and other applications that may affect the service of other clients are prohibited.

Customer agrees not to make or attempt any illegal or unauthorized access to any part or component of the Services, the Network or any third party equipment, accounts, systems or networks to which you can connect through the Services directly or otherwise; or to carry out or attempt any activity that might be used as a precursor to an attempted system penetration (i.e. port, stealth, security or penetration scans or other information gathering activity) on Company or its Service Providers’ servers or network.

The True Roaming Service is available for existing Postpaid and Prepaid customers with normal status who are not under service suspension and have registered for the International Roaming service with True Move H Universal Communication Company Limited (“TUC”) (referred to herein as the “Company”).
For postpaid customers who have not subscribed to a roaming package, international roaming service will be charged based on the rate of your current roaming country (Pay Per Use). The details and roaming rates (excludes Vat 7%) are as follows:
- International roaming rates for specific countries and operators:
  - International roaming rates for Asia zone
    - Outgoing calls and Receiving calls: 33 baht/minute
    - Send SMS: 11 baht/message (Receive SMS: Free of charge)
    - Data Roaming 350 baht/day (80 baht/MB). The customer can use non-stop data roaming at max speed for 1 GB. Once the data quota is reached, customers can continue using data at 384 Kbps. * The data roaming duration starts immediately upon connecting to the internet while abroad and expires at 23:59:59 of the day (Visited time).
  - International roaming rates for Europe, Oceania and America zone
    - Outgoing calls and Receiving calls: 25 baht/minute
    - Send SMS: 11 baht/message (Receive SMS: Free of charge)
    - Data Roaming 499 baht/day (50 baht/MB). The customer can use non-stop data roaming at max speed for 1 GB. Once the data quota is reached, customers can continue using data at 384 Kbps. * The data roaming duration starts immediately upon connecting to the internet while abroad and expires at 23:59:59 of the day (Visited time).
- International roaming rates for countries and operators not specified in 2.2
  - Outgoing calls and Receiving calls: 75 baht/minute
  - Send SMS: 11 baht/message (Receive SMS: Free of charge)

For prepaid customer who have not subscribed to a roaming package, international roaming service will be charged based on the rate of your current roaming country (Pay Per Use). The details and roaming rates (excludes Vat 7%) are as follows:
- Before travelling abroad, you are advised to check the roaming service. In case you have not activated roaming service, you can simply apply by dialing *112*1# (free) or contact the True Call Center at 1242. You will receive confirmation upon successful activation (except for GO Travel SIM Customers, for whom roaming service will be automatically activated upon subscription of the SIM).
- Top up a sufficient amount of money prior to your trip and study how to top up while abroad.
- International roaming rates in specific countries and operators
  - International roaming rate for Asia zone
    - Outgoing calls and Receiving calls: 33 baht/minute

- International roaming rates for the countries and operators not specified in 3.3
  - Outgoing call and Receiving calls: 75 baht/minute

  - Data Roaming: This option is available only for customers who have subscribed to a data roaming package.
Temporarily turn off data before departure to avoid data roaming charges simply by dialing *113*2# (free). Once you turn off data roaming, you won't have access to mobile data. If you need turn on data again, simply by dialing *113*1# (free).
For Postpaid and Prepaid customers who subscribe to a roaming package, the details are as follows:
- International data and voice roaming services will be automatically activated upon subscription to the package.
- The package is valid only in specific countries and networks.
- For Postpaid customer, the package will be activated and charged once roaming network is detected within 30 days.
- For Prepaid customer, the package will be charged after subscription and will be activated once roaming network is detected within 30 days after the date of package subscription.
- The Company will send SMS confirmations regarding the start and end times of the package. The package allowance time is based on a 24-hour period (Thailand time).
- Fees for excessive outgoing calls, receiving calls, sending SMS, usage in countries not included in the package terms or exceeding the specified package duration and time period will be charged at the normal rate of the specific countries.
- Data speed is subjected to overseas network operators.

Company reserves the right:
- Customers are prohibited from profiting from packages, including Voice over IP (VoIP) service, in any illegal cases. If evidence of business interests or commercial contact with other parties or access to the Internet that contravenes the law, social harmony, and social morality is found, the provider reserves the right to immediately restrain or terminate the service and cancel promotional privileges of the violating phone number.
- The company has the right to manage the network appropriately to maintain the service quality and help users use it more efficiently. This may include limiting or reducing the speeds, taking action to transfer data, prohibiting the use of BitTorrent, sharing the internet via Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, or any application with sustained high usage that affects service application or causes issue or damage to other users and/or the Company’s network or overall service.

The Promotion GO Travel (ASIA&AUS) 549 baht,14GB, 10 days, with an automatically added free extra data roaming of 4GB, is available for existing Postpaid and Prepaid customers with normal status who are not under service suspension and have registered for the International Roaming service with True Move H Universal Communication Company Limited (“TUC”) (referred to herein as the “Company”).
Customers will automatically receive the free extra data roaming of 4GB after successfully subscribing to the GO Travel (ASIA&AUS) 549 baht, 14GB, 10 days during the period from 1 March 2025 until 15 June 2025.
The free extra data roaming of 4GB is valid for Asian and Australia countries for 10 days, starting once roaming network is detected within 30 days.
For Postpaid customers: If you wish to purchase the GO Travel (Asia & Australia) package (549 THB for 14GB/10 days) multiple times and receive the 4GB free international data bonus each time, you must first either use up the current 4GB bonus or wait for the package to expire before subscribing again. Terms and Conditions for In-flight Roaming (Special campaign! Free In-flight Roaming unlimited data for 1 day)
1. This promotion is available to True and dtac customers who subscribe to any GO Travel international roaming package and GO Travel SIM Card during the promotional period from March 1, 2025, 00:00 hrs. to June 15, 2025, 23:59 hrs. Customers will receive one free In-flight Roaming pass for unlimited internet usage upon onboarding an eligible aircraft for 1 day, starting from the day their GO Travel international roaming package starts.
  - Customers are entitled to 1 free In-flight Roaming pass per 1 Travel international roaming package subscription during the promotional period.
  - Customers are entitled to 1 free In-flight Roaming pass per 1 GO Travel SIM Card Number during the promotional period.
2. In-flight Roaming availability depends on the airline's policies. Please check with the airline or at the check-in counter of the airline you are using.
3. The free 1-day In-flight Roaming pass for unlimited internet usage on the eligible aircraft is valid for 24 hours from the first time it is activated.
4. The free 1-day In-flight Roaming pass for unlimited internet usage on eligible aircraft can only be used for internet access on board an aircraft on the AeroMobile network. Customers will receive an SMS confirmation from AeroMobile once they turn on their device and use it on an aircraft that supports In-flight Roaming and when the aircraft is at a cruising altitude of 40,000 feet. The service speed depends on the network provider and the airline. For more information, please refer to the How to Use section.
5. The free 1-day In-flight Roaming pass for unlimited internet usage on eligible aircraft is only applicable for data roaming. It does not include voice calls, receiving calls, or sending messages via regular phone signals. If you want to use voice or messaging services, you will be charged the standard rates as follows: Voice call: 90 THB/minute, Receiving message: free and Sending message: 30 THB/message (Rates are exclusive of VAT).
  - For voice calls, you will be charged for the actual minutes used. Any remaining seconds will be rounded up to the nearest minute. For example, a 13-second call will be charged as a 1-minute call.
6. Activation for True and dtac Customers:
  - For postpaid and prepaid customers, the GO Travel add-on package will be activated when they first connect to a foreign network within 30 days. The In-flight Roaming package will be activated when the customer activates In-flight Roaming on the specified airline within 30 days of subscribing to the package.
  - For GO Travel SIM customers, the GO Travel package will be activated when they first connect to a foreign network within 60 days. The In-flight Roaming package will be activated when the customer activates In-flight Roaming on the specified airline within 30 days after insert the sim card to device.
  - How to receive the benefit : Customers will automatically receive the In-flight Roaming package when they purchase and start using the GO Travel package or the GO Travel SIM during the campaign period.
7. This promotion is limited to individual communication only. Any actions for illegal commercial purposes and Voice over IP (VoIP) purposes are strictly prohibited. If evidences of commercial actions, commercial communication with third parties, Internet access that are against the laws, public order and social morality, are found, the service provider reserves a right to dismiss or terminate the service and privileges attached to this promotion. The normal service fee will be collected in each billing cycle.
8. The service provider reserves a right to change terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice. The customer is acknowledged and agreed once the change is announced on website or other channels of the service provider.

1. The 1-day In-flight Roaming pass valued 199THB/day (Full Price 650THB/day, Rates are exclusive of VAT) for unlimited internet usage on eligible aircraft is only applicable for data roaming. It does not include voice calls, receiving calls, or sending messages via regular phone signals. If you want to use voice or messaging services, you will be charged the standard rates as follows: (Rates are exclusive of VAT)
  - Voice call: 90 THB/minute, Sending message: 30 THB/message and Receiving message: Free of charges.
  - For voice calls, you will be charged for the actual minutes used. Any remaining seconds will be rounded up to the nearest minute. For example, a 13-second call will be charged as a 1-minute call.
2. This promotion is exclusive to True dtac customers who subscribe to the In-flight Roaming international data roaming add-on package. The promotional price is valid from June 5, 2024, to December 31, 2025. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice.

For voice calls, you will be charged for the actual minutes used. Any remaining seconds will be rounded up to the nearest minute. For example, a 13-second call will be charged as a 1-minute call.

On-cruise Roaming availability depends on the cruise lines’ policies. Please check with the cruise lines customer care or at the check-in counter of the cruise lines you are using.
The 1-day On-cruise Roaming pass for unlimited internet usage on eligible ships is valid for 24 hours from the first time it is activated.
The free 1-day On-cruise Roaming pass for unlimited internet usage on eligible ships can only be used for internet access on board a cruise/vessel on the AT&T Maritime network. Customers will receive an SMS confirmation from AT&T Maritime once they turn on their device and use it on a cruise/vessel that supports On-cruise Roaming and when the cruise/vessel is at a approximately 8KM or more from the shore or port. The service speed depends on the network provider and the cruise line. If customers use roaming onshore at the destination port, standard roaming rates will prevail, or will activate your GO Travel package (if have). For more information, please refer to the <How to Use> section.

รายการส่งเสริมการขาย ฟรี! In-flight Roaming สำหรับใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตบนเครื่องบิน ไม่จำกัดจำนวน นาน 1 วัน เป็นการใช้งานบนโรมมิ่งประเภทข้อมูลเท่านั้น ไม่รวมการโทรออก-รับสาย หรือส่งข้อความผ่านสัญญาณโทรศัพท์ปกติ หากต้องการใช้บริการการโทร หรือส่งข้อความ ลูกค้าจะต้องจ่ายค่าบริการตามปกติ ดังนี้ อัตราค่าโทรออก/รับสาย 90 บาท/นาที, รับข้อความฟรี และส่งข้อความ 30 บาท/ข้อความ (อัตราค่าบริการไม่รวม VAT)
- กรณีที่ท่านใช้บริการ Voice calls จะคิดค่าบริการตามนาทีที่ใช้จริง เศษวินาทีที่เหลือจะถูกปัดขึ้นเป็นนาที เช่น การโทรออก 13 วินาที จะถูกคิดค่าชำระบริการ เท่ากับการโทร 1 นาที เป็นต้น

สำหรับลูกค้าดีแทค (รายเดือน และเติมเงิน) แพ็กเกจเสริม GO Travel จะมีผลเมื่อจับสัญญาณในต่างประเทศครั้งแรกภายใน 30 วัน และแพ็กเกจ In-flight Roaming จะมีผลเมื่อลูกค้าเปิดใช้งาน In-flight Roaming บนสายการบินที่กำหนดภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่สมัครแพ็กเกจ
สิทธิพิเศษนี้จำกัดเฉพาะการติดต่อสื่อสารส่วนบุคคลเท่านั้น ห้ามนำไปใช้ในธุรกิจเพื่อการแสวงหากำไรในรูปแบบต่างๆ ที่ขัดต่อกฏหมาย และรวมถึงการนำไปใช้เพื่อให้บริการ Voice over IP (VoIP) ต่างๆ หากปรากฏข้อเท็จจริงว่ามีการนำไปแสวงหาผลประโยชน์ทางธุรกิจ หรือการติดต่อสื่อสารกับบุคคลภายนอกในเชิงการค้า หรือเข้าสู่บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตซึ่งมีลักษณะที่ขัดต่อกฎหมาย หรือขัดต่อความสงบเรียบร้อย และศีลธรรมอันดีต่อประชาชน ผู้ให้บริการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยกเลิกการให้บริการและยกเลิกสิทธิพิเศษตามรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ โดยผู้ให้บริการจะเรียกเก็บค่าใช้บริการในอัตราปกติตามจำนวนการใช้งานในแต่ละรอบบิล

1. ชดเชยกรณีเสียชีวิตสูงสุด 200,000 บาท
2. ค่ารักษาพยาบาลที่เกิดขึ้นในต่างประเทศสูงสุด 20,000 บาท
3. การสูญเสียหรือเสียหายของกระเป๋าเดินทางหรือทรัพย์สินส่วนตัวสูงสุด 500 บาท
4. ระยะเวลาคุ้มครอง 10 วัน โดยกรมธรรม์จะมีผลคุ้มครองทันทีหลังจากลงทะเบียนเสร็จสมบูรณ์
  ข้อยกเว้นสำคัญ

ลูกค้าตกลงเป็นผู้ชำระค่าบริการส่วนต่าง หลังจากหักส่วนลดตามที่ได้รับแล้ว หากส่วนลดที่ลูกค้าได้รับมากกว่าค่าบริการในแต่ละครั้ง ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงยอมรับว่า ส่วนต่างจากส่วนลดดังกล่าวไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือนำไปเป็นส่วนลดการใช้บริการครั้งถัดไปได้

Customers who subscribe to a GO Travel Data Roaming Add-on Package via other channels are not eligible for this privilege.

How to Redeem the Privilege

Once True and dtac customers (Postpaid & Prepaid) subscribe to a GO Travel Data Roaming Add-on Package priced at THB 899 or above via the True App, the privilege will be automatically added to the "Gift Box" in the True App.
Customers can select the privilege and tap "Redeem" to receive a code for Coral Lounge access.
To use the service, please present the True App along with the unique code at the Coral Lounge counter. Screenshots are not accepted.

How to claim the benefit

Limited to 1 benefit per person/ number/ campaign.
The benefit is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.
Please show the code received from the True App, along with your passport and boarding pass, at the time of service.
Service usage is limited to a maximum of 2 hours and 30 minutes per visit.
