Set up LAN on AP SERCOM ST-R4D

  1. Type 192.168.2.1 and press Enter (User = admin, Password = enter letters as shown) then press Login
  2. After Login, it’ll lead to Overview, Wireless configuration can be done through  “Ethernet” or WLAN/LAN menu 
  3.  LAN :
  • Allocated Address (DHCP) : check connected device
    • Host Name : connected device name
    • MAC Address : MAC Address of connected device
    • IP Address :IP Address that AP share to client
    • Port : through WiFi=SSID, LAN=LAN1-4
    • Remaining Lease : remaining time for that connection
    • Press Refresh to search again
  • DHCP Server (set up IP Address of Router)
    • DHCP Server: choose On/ Off when wish to turn On/ Off
    • LAN IP Address : Default Gateway of AP, can change as per usage
    • DHCP Start IP : start IP to share to connected device 
    • DHCP End IP : end IP to share to connected device
    • Custom Lease Time : time when AP share new IP to connected device (86400=24 hours)
    • When finished, press Apply
  • DHCP Binding (LAN Mac Filter)
    • Name: enter Profile name
    • MAC Address: enter MAC Address of device to limit the usage
    • IP Address: enter IP Address of device
    • When completed, press Apply > name will be changed to be same as setting Profile
  • Port Control (set up to turn on-off Port)
    • LAN1 - 4 : choose On when want to use (by default), choose Off when want to turn off
    • SSID1 : choose On when want to use Wireless 2.4GHz, choose Off when want to turn off
    • SSID5 : choose On when want to use Wireless 5GHz, choose Off when want to turn off
    • All On : choose when want to turn all on
    • All Off : choose when want to turn all off
