Set up Wireless for Xplor

Set up Wireelss 5G

  1. Type 192.168.1.1 on Browser and enter Username = admin / Password = password then press Login
  2. Basic Settings : go to WLAN > wlan0(5GHz) > Basic Settings
    • Disable WLAN Interface : uncheck (if want to turn off WiFi, tick a check mark)
    • Band : select Band type
    • SSID : enter WiFi SSID
    • Channel Number : choose preferred Channel
    • Radio Power(%) : choose from high to low
    • Once finished, press Apply Changes
  3. Show Active WLAN Clients button, this will show client list connected to Wi-Fi
  4. Security : go to WLAN > wlan0(5GHz) > Security
    • None
    • WEP
    • WPA
    • WPA2
    • WPA2 Mixed
  5. WLAN Access Control : go to WLAN > wlan0(5GHz) > Access Control
    • Mode : select Deny Listed
    • Mac Address : enter Mac Address of device to block the access
  6. WPS
    • Disable WPS : default setting is disable, to use it, remove a check mark
    • Self-PIN Number : PIN for entering at connected device 

Set up Wireelss 2.4G

  1. Type 192.168.1.1 on Browser and enter Username = admin / Password = password then press Login
  2. Basic Settings : go to WLAN > wlan1(2.4GHz) > Basic Settings
    • Disable WLAN Interface : uncheck (if want to turn off WiFi, tick a check mark)
    • Band :  select Band type
    • SSID : enter WiFi SSID
    • Channel Number :  choose preferred Channel
    • Radio Power(%) : choose from high to low
    • Once finished, press Apply Changes
  3. Show Active WLAN Clients button, this will show client list connected to Wi-Fi
  4. Security : go to WLAN > wlan1(2.4GHz) > Security
    • None
    • WEP
    • WPA
    • WPA2
    • WPA2 Mixed
  5. WLAN Access Control : go to WLAN > wlan1(2.4GHz) > Access Control
    • Mode : choose Deny Listed
