Check connection status and block device on Truemove Wireless Configure Software

Check connection status 

  1. After Logging in, Truemove Wireless Configure Main Page will appear
  2. On top menu, choose Network Setting
  3. Connected Devices : the information of device connected to device at that moment:
    - Name =name on that device (if no name or unable to check, it will show Wi-Fi Mac Address instead)
    - Status = connection status : green = normal connection / no name = no connection
    - IP Address = received IP address
    - MAC Address = MAC address or Wi-Fi Address of that device
    - Connection = connection type : WLAN = via Wi-Fi / USB = via USB cable
    - Connected time = connection time only the current time
  4. At Device Traffic : connection history of various devices which used to connect since start using:
    - Name = device named (if no name or unable to check, it will show Wi-Fi Mac Address instead)
    - MAC Address = MAC address or Wi-Fi Address of that device
    - Total Connected time = MAC address or Wi-Fi Address of that device
    - Device Status =Connected / Disconnected
    - Action = Block / Stop

How to block connected devices (Block)

  1. At Device Traffic, press Block (on the right)
  2. Wait for saving process
  3. Afterwards Block will be changed to Unblock, to cancel block, press Unblock

How to delete connected time (Stop)

  1. If that device has connected to 4G Pocket WiFi or 4G CAR WiFi 5 Users, Stop button will appear, to delete connected time, press Stop
  2. Wait for saving process
  3. Connected time will be deleted and will start from 0 again
  4. When pressing Reset Data Traffic (top right corner)
  5. Wait for saving process
  6. It will show connected time as usual *this menu will not affect anything related to connection*
