Enable VoLTE and VoWiFi by Selecting SIM on True SMART 4G M1 Series

  1. On Home screen, select [Settings] > [Sim cards] 4G HD Voice (VoLTE) is at [SIM slot 1] and will show VOLTE1 sign
  2. To manage 4G HD Voice (VoLTE) and VoWiFi (Native) usage on either SIM Card, in picture 4G HD Voice (VoLTE) is at [SIM Slot 2], select [Cellular data]
  3. At [Select a SIM for data], select SIM 2
  4. [Switching data SIM…] wait for processing
  5. When [Cellular data] is selected at SIM 2, 4G HD Voice (VoLTE) is enabled at SIM 2 (notice VOLTE2 sign on the top)
  6. If SIM1 is disabled, but Cellular data is chosen at SIM1 => SIM2 will not support VoLTE (notice on the top, there’s no VOLTE1 or VOLTE2 sign)

Advisory

  1. This setting is applicable to all models of True SMART 4G M1 as well as TAB 4G M1
  2. If 2 SIM cards are inserted, VoLTE will appear only at the selected SIM
  3. If change to choose Cellular data at SIM2 => VoLTE + VoWiFi (Native) will be used at SIM2 => VOLTE2 sign will appear
  4. If SIM1 is disabled, but Cellular data is chosen at SIM1 => SIM2 will not support VoLTE + VoWiFi (Native) => no VOLTE sign on screen
  5. If SIM1 is disabled, but Cellular data is chosen at SIM2 => SIM2 will support VoLTE + VoWiFi (Native) => VOLTE2 will show on screen
  6. If SIM1 is disabled, but Cellular data is chosen at SIM1 + VoWiFi is turned on => the caller to SIM1 will hear nothing, no sound of contactable sign *if test SIM2, it will show the same result*
  7. House Brand device will not support VoLTE  + VoWiFi (Native) from other operators because TRUE doesn’t know the Parameters
