Restore Factory Default for TRUE Lenovo K5 Note 4G Turbo

  1. Device should have battery more than 50% or can charge battery while proceeding, on main screen, select (App)
  2. Select (Settings)
  3. And then (Backup & reset)
  4. At (Backup account) if sign in > recommend to sign out first, then go to  (Settings) > (Accounts) > choose Email account > Menu > (Remove account)
  5. Email will disappear from (Backup account) 
  6. Then choose (Factory data reset)
  7. Select (RESET PHONE)
  8. "Reset?” , select (ERASE EVERYTHING)
  9. System will erase all data that will take around 5-15 minutes, after that it’ll return to get started page
