Set Mac Filter for HUAWEI HG8247H

  1. Open a Browser, type http://192.168.1.1 in URL then press Enter, at Login page 
    Account = admin , Password = password
  2. LAN MAC Filter settings
    • set up MAC Filter
      • Go to Security > MAC Filter Configuration
      • Enable MAC Filter = tick a check mark
      • Filter Mode = select Blacklist
      • Press New
      • Enter MAC Address of device to block
      • Once finished, press Apply
      • Added MAC Address will appear
    • Delete MAC Filter
      • Tick a check mark at MAC Address that you want to delete and press Delete
      • Pop Up to confirm delete, click “OK”
      • Once finished, press Apply
  3. WLAN MAC Filter settings
    • Set up WLAN MAC Filter
      • Go to Security > WLAN MAC Filter Configuration
      • Enable MAC Filter = tick a check mark
      • Filter Mode = select Blacklist
      • Press New
      • Enter MAC Address of device to block
      • Once finished, press Apply
      • Added MAC Address will appear
    • Delete WLAN MAC Filter
      • Tick a check mark at MAC Address that you want to delete and press Delete
      • Pop Up to confirm delete, click “OK”
      • Once finished, press Apply
