Set T3 ST-244F to use with T3 MESH A5258 for 2 SSID

Set 2 SSID for Router and MESH to send signal 2 names separately between 2.4GHz and 5GHz
The connected device will choose to connect the suitable frequency.  This setting suits for some device that doesn’t support 5GHz

  1. Set SERCOM T3 ST-244F to connnect via LAN or Wi-Fi
  2. Open a Browser and type 192.168.1.1 at the Address bar then press Enter, UserName = admin/ Password = enter letters as shown below and press Login
  3. Check Firmware Version, it should be V3.3.8
  4. Set SSID name separately between 5GHz and 2.4GHz
  5. Set Pre-Share Key for 5GHz and 2.4GHz differently
  6. Set SERCOM T3 ST-224F to be Controller : click WLAN > Easy Mesh > EasyMesh Interface Setup > Role : choose Controller > press Apply Changes
  7. Connect SERCOM T3 ST-244F and SERCOM T3 MESH A5258 > connect cable to LAN port of SERCOM T3 ST-244F and WAN port of SERCOM T3 MESH A5258
  8. Wait until LED changed from red to blue around 1 minute
  9. Place SERCOM T3 MESH A5258 at preferred location. Router and MESH will send-receive wireless signal and they should be placed at the proper distance. If MESH can’t receive signal from the starting device, it may result the usage efficiency.
