Factory data reset for True SMART 4G 3.5 HYBRID

  1. On Home screen, select [Menu]
  2. Select [Settings]
  3. And then choose [Factory data reset]
  4. Select [Factory data reset]
  5. And then [Reset phone]
  6. Press [Erase everything] to confirm delete data again
  7. Take 3-5 minutes in resetting process then device will go to Get Start page again
