What should customer do before migration?

Postpaid

  • Name & lastname which should be the same as that's on invoice or previous service operator's system
  • No outstanding balance
  • No service contract with previous service operator

Prepaid

  • SIM registered with name and lastname with previous service operator No outstanding balance or borrowed amount from previous operator
