Return or Exchange Conditions

- In case of receiving a faulty product, damage, wrong model, missing quantity or accessories. Please inform the customer service within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

- In case of receiving a product with a scratch or any cosmetic problems (The company reserves the right to return or exchange only the product has not been activated). Please inform the customer service within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

- In case of receiving a non-functional product due to a manufacturing defect (Selected item only). Please inform the customer service within 7 days of receipt of the product. Customer service channels include:
